Very interesting lesson - and as someone who rarely takes a divot I am always concerned that I am missing out on compression/distance so a video from you on this would be welcome!

Interesting video. My takeaway on this video is it’s a feeling the hands are falling behind you but not an actual movement. If you were to over do the “feeling” of hands and arms moving back behind you it would be difficult to avoid your trail elbow getting blocked as you start your body rotation.
Most amateurs would struggle to match hands falling with body rotation trying to pull this off.
Probably end up turning early and getting club stuck behind them.
But I can see the benefits of recommending the earlier unfolding of the trail arm in the early / mid stages of the downswing keeping the club head behind your body on the way down to the half way down stage, reaching a low point which guarantees you can come from the inside and below the swing plane with the aid of body rotation to square the club face and enable a hands forward position at impact.
As a professional you have the hand eye coordination to pull this off, even if you over do the feeling of allowing the club to fall behind you. You have the skill to make compensations.
Amateurs don’t have that high coordination timing / skill level. They would probably leave their weight on their right side too long.
I’m assuming this “arm”move involves an element of un-cocking of the lead wrist in combination of an unfolding of the trail arm at the elbow.
Looks also like an element of a re-rotation of the lead forearm to shallow the downswing.
Then timing the transition shifting pressure back over onto the lead side while initiating the body rotation as the arms fall. This is quite a lot to pull off. Maybe for the average player to move towards the “feeling” of lowering the arms in transition would be a sensible first move.

Another point to discuss is how to release the club as your arms goes through the ball? Is your left arm is folding? Your right arm crossover left arm after the impact? If yes, How to avoid flipping the club during cross over? Please make a video about that.

Excellent. Please do you agree that left arm acts like a sling effect as body rotate towards the target. Arm merely a extension of club and u throw that towards the ball not pull it.
