Serg, I've been following you for a few years now. Your content is so GOOD! I can't understand why you only have 30k subscribers. With content like this, you should be at half a million at the very least. Thank you for taking the time out of your life to make videos like these to help aspiring artists.

Always learning something new from you. Using audio crossfades for dealing with clicks put me up by one step upon the learning curve😀. Thanks.

Keeping the "empty" room noise clip to use is super smart, thanks for that tip and the rest of the video!

I feel this is one of the best options if you have a home studio. Super clean Audio with the rode video mic NTG. I have a preset called serge it’s the compressor setting you made.

I'm glad that TH-cam is recommending great videos like this one. Thank so you. I'm still trying to figure out which one is best for speed voiceover quick editing, fcpx itself or adobe audition. Tks again 👍

    Hi Serge, great vid!
Can you please advise how to efficiently edit volume levels where the volume in your video is not consistent in terms of level? e.g. the video is overall quiet but there are some occasional shouts in the clip?
    Many thanks!

How is Blue Yeti Compared to Rode NT? I have a couple of mics but not of them have audio gain. Also, does audio gain have any adverse effect on the sound quality/

Dear Serge i am AVID Guy i love FCP too much but i find it very difficult to edit audio and video at the same time like i do in avid ,, will you help me by explain how to edit (for example ) audio track like a music track like you have done in voice over under the Primary storyline which contains edited video segment without affecting the storyline , and how if i want to edit different tracks separately without affecting the other tracks like in Avid .for example if you want to edit the videos in storyline with affecting the finished edited voice over underneath.

It worked, but the plug-in isn't compatible for adobe after effects, every time i import there is no audio. I spend over an hour of screen recording and cant use any of it. if anyone who haven't had this issue, I would love to know how.

I learnt 2 new things 1. Increase the height of the wave form and 2. Audio Crossfade to suppress that click sound. I did not year any breathing sound in your voice. When I record my Product review videos using a USB Mic by keeping the mic close to my face, it capture a lot of breathing sound and a lot of my time is spend to suppress that sound after every dialogue I speak. The workaround I use is using a collar Mic or a Video mic and keeping them a little away from my mouth. How do I manage that with a USB / Condenser Mic? BTW, let me know how my sound quality. Here is the work that I am doing: th-cam.com/users/DivitTech
