Depending on ones diet, diet is what a person eats on a daily basis not a weight loss diet, one doesn’t need to carbo load.

So why do you have to get up so early?? Does the race start super early in the morning??

The races have to be finished before the parks open for the day and it also helps with the Florida heat running before the sun is up. Hope this helps!
