I got myself the UX in November 2020 and what can I say? I live in southern Spain🇪🇸 and I am in love ❤ Perfect, premium, liable urban car. Out of this world. Some Mercedes crossover look like a normal car with the Mercedes sign on it. They are not premium at all. However Lexus is premium once you sit in it, the feeling of the fabrics and the driving is so smooth and heavenly 🥰 it's literally like floating on a cloud down the city and freeway 💖

I personally see no disadvantage whatsoever.

I have just ordered a UX F Sport Takami for my wife who is a big fan, we have had a long list of Lexus and definitely think it should come with the 2.5 engine, the 2.0 engine is slow!!! and with the CVT revs scream when you put your foot down, now where as noticeable with the 2,5, i have gone for the Takami to get a reasonable spec compared to other premium model, but saying that there are a lot of pro's, seats/smooth ride/efficient/quiet and agree with Sam, the front view is the best around but not huge fan from the rear, although it not awful either.

Do you have a GLA? How’s your maintenance costs? I rented a GLA to try it out before I purchased a Lexus. The GLA like any other Mercedes is over engineered, complicated user interface. Under the hood, a lot of engine components are made of plastic. Plus, the check engine light was already on for a 1200 mile almost new Mercedes. Talk about a pain in the ass to own such a car.
