There are as many ways to live off grid as there are individuals doing it. At 50+, our priorities aren't what they were at 30. That means we're planning ahead to make sure we can still do this when we're 70 or 80 or perhaps even older. Will we make it? Who knows, but we're going to give it our best shot! If you're off grid, what does your life look like? What values drive your direction? I'd love to know!
444 subs! You're a go getter done couple living to your fullest. I see many yrs of joy for you doing what you are doing. It is called Absolute Happiness not the temp of shiny new things. You are a Bodhissatva Greta, as I bet John is too! ❤
Thank you so much for watching and for your support! I'm not sure a Bodhissatva would get as frustrated with the grasshoppers as I do, but I'm trying! :-)
Your philosophy, the wisdom at the end is so spot on. Love listening to all you have to share . And I LOVE that scene in the middle with your husband swathing & you in the garden with sunflowers 🌻 Happy place
Thank you. That means a lot! If only we could have known the things we know now when we were younger, but I suppose mistakes are how you learn. Thanks for being here!

@@LoveOffGrid It's ok I am sure you pop back quickly from your frustration. Have you tried diatomaceous earth on plant's, it may help.
I will try it. I already have some for the chickens. Thanks!
