      @@jpcookingichie I made a Okonomayaki once and added coocked noodles on top of the first step by adding the pork into the pan, used also beansprouts... Its delicious

    thanks for another awesome video!! we have had some okonomiyaki in kobe, osaka and hiroshima on our trip. i love how the styles are so different, yet all still so delicious! happy new year. :-)

    Thanks so much for the video! I know the crispy pork helps the cabbage steam underneath, but I can't eat pork, unfortunately. Do you know of a way to make it just as good without pork?

      How about trying beef instead of pork? If you can't eat beef either, making it without meat is also an option. It's delicious even without meat!
