What does this delete do?

It deletes the engine braking actuator.
KEBC = Kawasaki engine braking control. When it wears out or fails, you can simply install this kit, which is less than a 1/3 the cost of a new actuator. I have not missed having the KEBC; notice very little difference in actual engine braking.
