किसी भी स्त्री के शरीर में vagina और vagina के ऊपर रहता है uterus . Uterus के mouth को cervix कहा जाता है। Uterus के अंदर के endometrial cavity में गर्भ रोपण होता है। uterus के हर एक तरफ fallopian tube होता है और उसके साथ वहा ovaries भी होते है।
जब intercourse होता है तब penis, vagina के अंदर seminal fluid release करता है। Intercourse के बाद sperms जो cervix के पास होते है वह , uterus के अंदर चले जाते है तब वह दोनों fallopian tubes अंदर चले जाते है।
Ovulation ke kitne din baad pregnancy hoti hai
अगर intercourse fertile window या ovulation days में होता है। Ovulation 13th या 15th दिन के आस पास होता है जिसमे egg release होता है और fallopian tube के अंदर जाता है। Fallopian tube के अंदर cellia होता है जो ब्रश जैसे होते है जो egg को uterus की तरफ धकेल देते है।
अगर ovulation day पे intercourse करे तो जो egg fallopian tube में होता है उसके आजु बाजू में बोहोत सारे sperm रहते है। इन millions ऑफ़ sperm मेसे एक egg के साथ fuse होक egg को fertilize कर देता है। यह सब पहले दिन पे होता है। दूसरे दिन पे egg fertilize होने के बाद divide होने लगता है। और blastocyst स्टेज में आने तक यह embryo fallopian tube में ही रहता है। Blastocyst stage यनेके day 5th को भ्रूण uterus में चला जाता है।
६वे-७वे दिन में implantation होता है। एकबार implantation होने के बाद embryo hCG नामक hormone secret करने लगता है।
और सम्बन्ध रखने के ९वे-१०वे दिन पे इसका वैल्यू काफी रहता जिससे pregnancy test किट पर दो pink lines दिखाई देते है।
यह normal intercouse में नहीं होता है। इसके लिए महत्वपूर्ण है की intercourse ovulation day / fertile window में होना चाहिए। इसके साथ ही साथ husband और wife के सारे parameters normal होने चाहिए तभी जाके प्रेगनेंसी रुकने की सम्भावना ज्यादा होती है।

We had sex in ovulation day 12 to 16 on each day and wife missed the period for 3 days and had bleeding and pregnancy test negative for two to three months,what to do for pregnancy,is take break in intercourse of day in ovulation days

Indeed you explained it in simplest way... Sir my question is I have PCOS n for our first baby we took treatment n it almost took three years to get pregnant and now my daughter is three years old.. My cycles still are irregular n I had my last period on May 18, 2021 n no periods in June n on July 1st only once we had relations n in August end we came to know that we have conceived.. My question to you is that how ovulation is possible without regular period ?? We were surprised to get the positive result .. .. Sorry for too long query...

Hello sir, i am 40 yrs male with 97 kgs with DFI 30.5 % no rapid progressing sperms only moderate progressing sperms 22 % and slow progressing sperms 46%, normal morphology less than 1%. My wife is 38, TPO +ve, taking thyroxine 50 since 4 months. Though we did not conceive in these 3 cycles. Earlier we use to conceive but failed to keep pregnancy beyond 6 weeks. My wife still has normal menstrual cycle and her hsg is also normal. Her AMH is 0.77

Hello sir my cycle is of 30 days i had abortion 3 months ago due to non growth of fetus n.this month v tried again n i felt some symptoms of being concieved lil bit so i did urine test on 28th day it came negative but i did beta hcg test same day its value was 13.77 n today is 31st day i didn't get periods till now

I am very obsessed with my period.
My last month periods started at 17 April . I was expecting period this time around 20 May but period didn't came yet.
I did Urine pregnancy test at 24 May and result was negative.
But still till today 27 May I did not get my period .
I dont want to be pregnant now,I am worried why I didn't get my period yet even I did use protection during intercourse.
Am I pregnant ? Should I do another test or is that just delayed period?

I had unprotected sex with my partner on day 6th of my menstrual cycle, and my cycle is 28-30days, at the time time of sex i didn't took any birth control or medication. But later on day 31 i got my period and it was normal in the 1st day and i took unwanted 21 days pill on that day, but in the 2nd day my period flow is very less, is it due to the side effect of the pill or is it a implantation bleeding.. ? Basically my period last for 5-6days.
