    Aye coach question: I have recently been thinking about alternatives to cleans and snatches, one movement that I thought about was a kettlebell swing. I kind of wanted to pick your brain about it

      I doubt I can find heavy enough kettle bells that for the long run can simulate the benefits of Olympic lifting. The contraction and relaxation. The rate of force development. The stretch reflex. Very soon u will outpace what u can throw up. Just my opinion.

    I thought sprinting was most important in baseball, because the ball is chasing you.

      No, because there are overweight people that are not good at sprinting that do well at baseball. Ball doesn't chase you if you hit it out of the park
