I like to cook a large turkey breast, and wnded up ordering a 10 qt crockpot to be sure the large ones fit,l love having leftovers ,l love turkey sandwiches, and like lots of broth for gravy, dressing etc.
Love this! I don’t like fussing with traditional methods of cooking a turkey. My method is similar yours EXCEPT I soften the butter, mix in my seasonings, and then massage the butter mixture all over the turkey breast. It’s fail-proof!
I don't use onion or garlic powder but that doesn't mean you can't. Any spices you enjoy are fine! I'm sorry but I'm not familiar with a pressure cooker/crock pot. If you mean an InstaPot, I'm sure you could do it if you could get the meat to fit, but I don't have a recipe with cooking times/temperature, etc.
Gravy?

A 10 qt crockpot is something I need to look into!!!
Know that definitely going try it because it’s small and I’m by myself this year
Just because it's a party of one, doesn't mean you can't have a delicious meal! I cook for one all the time. Happy Thanksgiving to you!!

Great idea!!!
Gotta try!!
I’ve been making this for years! It’s good! Spice it up if you like more flavor, but this is how we like it.
You always give directions that I can follow thank you so much ❤hello from Kentucky 😊
Hi Neighbor! Thank you so much for commenting. You made my evening.
Looks good! You don't sprinkle with onion or garlic powder?? Does a pressure cooker/crock pot work as well???

I actually like dryer meat!
No right or wrong! My dad likes it dry and sliced as well.
Looks inedible!
It’s absolutely my favorite way to enjoy turkey!!
Also....I hope you meant incredible and not inedible! Haha. I assure you it is quite edible.
