Way easier to infuse the turkey breast with the butter concoction while it's sitting on a pan on the counter. Doing that after you place the turkey breast IN the slow cooker is awkward and counter intuitive. Also, add a splash of dark soy sauce to the gravy as you're cooking it for much better color (and salt).
