Love the review buddy! What I envy about the encore is it has equalizer in the app whereas the JBL 110 doesn't. My next upgrade is the 710. Hope you could make a review about the 710 and test it outdoors. Cheers!

Sound wise, is it louder,better and fuller than the jbl boombox series? (The encore is around 170 for me and so is the boombox) I'm searching something small with a lot of bass and a pretty good volume so maybe this will be a good choice 🤔
Yeah I haven’t heard them all obviously but I think this has a lot fuller bass and sound in general. It is probably a bit bigger physically but I think it sounds a lot more full and less like a portable speaker

I see on JBL’s website specs saying this newer Encore has a 10 hour battery vs 6 hours on the older Encore & On-The-Go. Did it get an updated battery or was that just a typo?
I’m not actually sure. The documentation that they sent me said 6 hrs but you are right it says 10 hrs on their website now so I’m not sure. I would probably assume 10 but keep in mind it is highly variable with the volume you are listening at and the amount of lighting/microphone use.
@@Should_I_Buy OK I verified with JBL the newer Encore with microphones did get an upgraded battery. Also, more lights. 👍🏽👍🏽

I have a question does the new on care essential has the same Bass as the previous one because I want to buy one but I want the one with more Bass

I think it has the same bass at least from what I know but I think it is a decent amount. I assume ur using the bass boost button so maybe go into the curve editor in the app and boost the bass there as well if you’re looking for more ?

The new one is not called Essential, just Encore. If you buy one that reads Essential, you have the old version.
What kind of battery time do you get at 75% volume, no lights, no bass boost?
I haven’t tested that exact configuration but I would say at least 4 hours
I know you mentioned the mics won't output through the larger boomboxes, but do the microphones connect to another unit of the Encore if they're in TWS mode? Or will it still only come out of the single unit they're paired to?
I’m not sure to be honest as I don’t have 2 but I assume they would not. You can get an external mic and I think they may pass through that way though I’m not sure
Can we plug in Guitar as well as Singing Mike with JBL Party encore essential? If anyone done this successfully, please comment!

Yeah you can use the guitar in on the back and the mics simultaneously
Can you connect additional mic to it with 3.5mm jack receiver?
If you want you could but it comes with 2 microphones in the box
Why do i keep hearing 6 hours of battery life when mine says 10 on the box???
I think there are different versions of it but they’re not labeled as clearly as they could be so it’s hard to tell which is which

I've got the partybox encore but how do you plug in the 2 prong wall plug? which side is positive? they both fit in the back of the speaker...
I’m pretty sure it is agnostic so it really shouldn’t matter

Am I missing something or did you make a review of a speaker with a microphone without any sound samples?
There’s a whole section of the video where I’m talking through the microphone and the audio is from the speaker?
@@Should_I_Buy Yeah, at 4:26 for 10 seconds. I was looking for music sound samples as well, luckily such videos on TH-cam are dime a dozen so, problem solved.
Would you recommend the encore or would you recommend the on the go model?
I think the encore just adds microphones so if you don’t need them I would get the other version
Does it have a 3.5mm input?? Coz i have a wireless speaker and it has a reciever which you can put on a 6.5mm microphone input but if the 6.5mm aint avaialable it has 3.5mm that u can attached into it and still u can use it. I think it will work that way

@@Your_average_Friend the power output is shit as well as the battery so for 200$ just get the xtreme 2 or a used partybox 100 and it will have better batery life and will have more sound

@@hadeelahmed9649 i wouldn’t think so. Like if you needed to take it outside for recess I think that would be fine but I wouldn’t want to take it on a walking tour or something like that
