i bought the 310 in hopes of using it with a mini clip on wireless mic .
the salesman said this was possible but after installing the mic into the usb port there is no response . please help
I have the 300, these things are absolute beasts! Ridiculous battery life for such a monster speaker.
Thanks for sharing, yes, they are pretty awesome in this category!
You should upgrade.
310 is much better.
The bass is more louder and deeper.
And fills the room alot more.
Trust me.
It is amazing.
And has a battery.
And more moveable, because it has wheels.
I have both 310 and 710. They are amazing. The 310 is great for small/medium party lets say 40-50 people. But if you want to rip the floor..the 710 is amazing! So end of the day what matters is for what type of purpose do you want to buy one. To play at home or to have big parties. Thanks @AudioAdvice for the inputs!
That's for sharing! It sounds like you have a great setup for any size party!
I needed this comment. Thank you boss
What do you think of a pair of 310 for backyard movie nights for 40 people?
What’s the battery performance for 710?
@@jumgeyomcha7059 the 710 does not have a built in battery. It is 800w. the 310 is 240w. Massive difference and therefore the 710 would run through a battery in no time. it needs to be permanently plugged in.
I recently purchased an Encore Essential, and although not an audiophile grade speaker, I have found it impressive and fun. Adjustments to the bass boost and eq must be made, but once done, the resulting sound is quite pleasing. Well worth the 2 Benjamins paid.
Thanks for sharing! You are right, fine tuning can make a big improvement
Finally!! A new Partybox review 👍
Hope you like it!
Bro provided all the information needed. Thanks!
Glad it helped!
I have the 110 and now I can say I understand why people love these so much the quality and bass is absolutely unrivalled
The 110 is a beast for its size! Glad you enjoy it!
Going to have to try one of these out by the pool!
They are fantastic for pool parties!
Great Video! I have two 110's, They are great but I wish I had 2 310's
Thanks! Two 310's would rock!
Loved the video man! I’m buying a 1968 Mustang and wanted to get a Bluetooth speaker as the original system is obviously very outdated. I planned on putting the speaker in the back seat, what size would you recommend?
The 710 would sound incredible back there but may take of up whole back seat. The 310 would have a bit less bass but you could probably fit it in one seat. Hope that helps!
Get two encores
I have two 710’s in my living room.
Great sound. I bought them after I was impressed with the 310 sound. The 310 is now my garage speaker.
should i get another 310 so i have two of them, or get a 710 so i have one of each?
@@Sickened-TH-cam
The 310 is no slouch. I think you’d be happy with another 310, but the 710 just has a bigger presence.
That is awesome!! What a great setup :)
Two 310's will have plenty of power and match asthetically if you plan to pair them up.
@@AudioAdvice yea good idea, i could get a 710 but i already have a 310 and i don't want it being uneven
was going to get the 710 but the no battery is a disappointment to me, hopefully they release one with a battery, but for now I'll have to settle with the 310
We wish it had a battery too. But the 310 is still very impressive!
Wait for partybox 510 it's going to be in the market soon
Did you get the 310 yet? If so what do you think?
@@joevee7525 is there really a 510 coming out soon?
Just get the 1000
love your review,good recommend,already subscribe
Awesome, thank you!
I got two 110, my only problem is when you pick it up from the ground, the back of the speaker is elevating frist this means the front is still touching the ground which scratches the bottom. I would add more rubber to prevent this
Good point, it sounds like some cheap thick rubber feet from the hardware store would solve the issue.
@@AudioAdvice yea but still haha
I bring my stereo to family venues, friends gathering and I always cry inside when somebody picks up the speaker and you can hear the scratching noises lol
If you don't want to stick rubber to it you could get a rubber doormat to put on. Neither solution is perfect but could save a bit of damage.
I want that beat music playing in the video at 43 seconds...what song is it? Great video btw on letting us learn about these JBL speakers.
It was a song that YT will not flag as copywrite protected we get from a special channel. We will try and find out the name for you. Glad you enjoyed the video
@@AudioAdvice I found it! "Like That" by Jane & The Boy Instrumental verion. You guys rock.
I just bought a JBL party box 110. Im very impressed by it. sound is tremendous and clear. two points however : for the price you pay for these things the battery should be under a compartment lid that allows the user to replace it. instead, the battery is buried inside and very difficult to replace. 2. the light show - there are two white LED's on my 110 that blink on and off as the music plays. it is hideous. the regular light rings are fine. blinking white lights is a terrible idea. What say you JBL ? why not be known as the speaker company that allows users to swap out batteries with ease ? thats a good selling point. JBL makes great gear , this stuff is no different.
Thanks for sharing, we will pass this on to JBL.
i like the LED flashing, if you don't then just get the app and turn it off.
Yeah I would add two more.....like 310 has
Led flash can be turnt off thru the app
Thank you for such a great overview. If I want to DJ high school parties for a group of 10-20 people in a big basement, is the 310 big enough?
It should be, two on stands would be ideal. Thanks for watching
You only need one for up to like 40 people😂 don’t get two
Bruv you could use a jbl flip 4

When using the AUX out to daisy chain to another powered speaker... is it pass through or is the equalized output signal also daisy chained along?
That is a very good question and we will have to check, we suspect it does pass the EQ from the main
@@AudioAdvicehave you checked yet, i wanna know too
@@Partybox710_India yeah I’m also pretty intrigued by that question
@@westcyde9790 i think it's pass thruogh however the output volume is control from the main device👍
Good video! Thinking of getting 2 310s to use as TV outputs and then also have the ability to wheel one away for a party… thoughts on using them in that fashion and how would I be able to connect them to ensure no sound lag from the video? Thanks team!
This could get tricky as there are no hdmi ports. The only solution we see would be to run a 3.5 aux cable from your TV (if it has an output for one) and then us a splitter to run to both speakers. However, we haven't tested if that will work. I'd recommend chatting with our experts at audioadvice.com to consider some more solutions. Thanks!
@@AudioAdvice thanks. If you ever do crack that one, please let me know… thanks!
My wife just bought me the jbl partybox encore,it so powerful even more powerful after adjusting the equaliser from the ap,
Awesome! Thanks for sharing!
I have the Encore, 100 and 310. I won't upgrade since they all sound amazing. I use the Ecoflow power station and found the partboxes are very efficient.
Awesome solution! Thanks for sharing
These look insane!!
They are incredible!
I have the 110 and 310 amazing speakers 🔊 JBL are the best simple as that!
They are very good, thanks for sharing
Do you think the 310 or boombox 3 would work for a music audio firework show?
The 310 would put out more spl. Thanks for watching
On the 310 can I customize the music's bass, treble and echo? Or is it only for a mic
Music too
Which of these would you recommend for just backyard outdoor movie?
It depends on the size of the area. Please reach out to our team at www.audioadvice.com to discuss your backyard layout in more detail. Thanks for watching
Can you connect the different speakers together with the aux out or is it only that 1 model
We haven't tested that but different speakers should work together.
Just bought the 710 , and realised I've made a mistake. After you said it would scare away all wildlife for a mile lol the neighbours are going to kill me
Haha! Thanks for sharing, we hope you enjoy it
Hello, a couple of years ago I bought the 100 and I want to buy the 110, to connect them together, do you think it is possible to connect them so that they work at the same time?
We do not think that will work, but have not tested
This my be a dumb question but could I get the PB 710 or 1000 and connect it to my tv to act like a sound bar?
We would not recommend that. You technically could using a TV with analog audio outs, but its probably not a good idea
I have a Marshall Killburn 2 and planning to switch to 310. I know that the bass and loudness will be more in 310 as the difference in sizes. But how will be the sound quality compared to the Marshall? I mean the Treble Bass combination of a song.
Sorry, we have not heard the Marshall
If you had this hooked up to a tv for movies etc can u always have it plugged in or does it need to only be ran off battery
You can have it plugged in
How bass rumbling is the 110? Does it shake the ground along with the punch?
Yes, the 110 certainly packs a punch for its size. You can also use the bass boost button to add to it. If you really want to shake the ground, go for the 710, it's incredible.
Will you guys be having a Black Friday sale this year on these?
Possibly. Nothing that we know of yet!
Will the party box 310 shake some stuff on the walls/desk in a 12x12 room?
HaHa, most likely
My cousin carries his JBL portable that fits in his side bookbag pocket. The sound is amazin for it's small size, but they are too rich for my pockets. I think JBL is the best Bluetooth speaker for sound quality
That's awesome! They are very high quality!
@@AudioAdvice I will afford one soon
I want something that is loud when im in my basement working out, will a single 110 play metal or rap loud enough to make me happy?
Yes!
JBL should release new version of Partybox speakers with USB-C charging port. It should charge up to 240 watts so which is sufficient.
Great point!
What would be better for a home. Jbl 710 or a Bose S1 Pro ? Help me make a right decision
Probably JBL 710. Great features
Great channel to listen and watch. New sub here!
Welcome aboard!
if I was to buy 2x 710 would I be able to get stereo ? could I even link 4 off (thinking about getting 2x 710 rather than 1 Ultimate)
2 will be stereo and that would provide more output.
Hi! I saw your video about JBL partybox speakers on instagram. You mentioned that with aux cord, you can plus in as many speakers as you want. We are thinking of buying partybox 310 and using aux cords to connect to that and to JBL boombox 2. Is this possible? And if so would a Y splitter and 2 aux cords be fine to use?
According to JBL you can wire different models of the partybox line together. We are not sure about using that method with the boombox, nothing in their tech docs say it will work.
@@AudioAdvice thank you!
Would the 110 be any good for the like of solo gigs or busking?
You probably want something more robust
I'm looking at the 110 and the jbl partybox on the go, is 110 alot better or?
The 110 is very good and probably worth the upgrade.
How would the 110 stack up against the boombox 3? Does the boombox have higher quality sound? Thanks for making this video.
Glad you liked the video! The boombox versions are a lot more portable. Inside you might prefer the boombox.
@@AudioAdvice Thanks for the insight.
No comparison. 110 blows it away in every aspect. Boombox is just when you need solid sound with something small, versatile and convenient.
What speaker would you recommend just for in my room
Depends on the size of your room. The Encore or 110 will be loud enough for any average sized room.
The party box encore essential the cube speaker is a kick off party starter in a party park, pool party, house party.
Yes it is, thanks for watching
Do you think a 310 and 110 can be loud enough for an inside party for 100 people?
possibly, it depends on how you define loud, but that is a lot of people
Hi, which speaker would be best for a child to sing on and the audio be clear??
For just voices, any of them
Hi ! Please tell me if Encore Essential is stereo if I use it alone, classic, not linked with another. The tweeters are separate left and right channels ??
They give you stereo effect yes
Get a pair of 110 . You will not regret. Get the best balanced bass and stereo effects. I used my external bass to add more if required.
That's an awesome pair!
310 is this also designed to be a room permanent stereo set-up? like its always plugin to power?
You could do that
I would get two for better stereo separation if you were going to do that. Better option would be to buy a set of large speakers, powerful amp, and large subwoofer or 2 if it's a permanent setup.
PartyBox 110 vs boombox 3 or 2?? Got 110 hope boombox isn’t better ?
That kinda depends on how you plan to use it. The boombox is far more portable, but the 110 will give you more output. Thanks for watching
I'm a fitness instructor in the market for a new Bluetooth speaker for indoor outdoor use would you get the 310 or the 710 for about 25 +people. I'm looking for good bass with good clarity.

@@AudioAdvice I also bought mine 310 I just wanna ask if there's a tip, care& maintenance you guys can give on how to prevent the grills of the partybox from rusting.. I was just informed that the grills of the partybox is very prone to rust
@@willalabsantican3938 My pb1000 was sold October last year and was 2+ years old and no rust bro, had it at many parties in open air and even on wet surfaces ...... If you don't let the paint come of by knocking it against stuff it should not rust. Remember knocking the paint of and it will be deep enough to show the metal underneath that is where it will start to rust.

Will 2 encores beat a singel 110 when it comes to bass? I have a Encore and looking to get another 1 but it will be useless to me if i can just buy a 110 if it is stronger than 2 encores
That is a great question, inside you should get more impact from the two since it is more surface area. Outside might be a different story where the 110 would win. Thanks for watching

JBL PartyBox 310 for a 20-25 m2 room. How do you think it will shake? Will the bass sound disturb the neighbors?
It will sound great. You can always turn down the bass in the app if it's too much for you.

i got my eye on the jbl 710 parfect for the piano and it has blue tooth no batt s so you dont have to worry about low battery 😃
It will certainly rock! Thanks for watching
For a party (outside) with ~30 people, is it better to get one 710 or two 310 ?
It really depends on the area and what you are trying to accomplish. Using more than one speaker means you will not have to turn it up as loud to cover a larger space. With one speaker, the people closer by will experience much louder sound than people further away. Please reach out to our team at www.audioadvice.com to go over more details
I am thinking about getting an Partybox 310 but I am kind of worried that its only slightly better than my boombox 1. Could you tell me if this is the case or if there is a noteable difference?
The 310 will go much deeper, it has dual 6.5" woofers compared to the dual 4" woofers in the Boombox 1. Thanks for watching

Can they be added to a car system?
We do not see a way to do that, unless you had an aux out in stereo with a fixed output level. Thanks for watching
Is it okay to use 310 while its charging?
Yes
If playing the 310 at/near max volume, will the bass be extremely limited, like with the Boombox 3? Looking for a portable speaker to bring to football practice. Needs to have bass at higher volumes and decent battery life. I guess one could buy a portable power station to run the 710, but it would be less ideal and more stuff to lug around.
The 310 will probably have the best bass for being portable. The 710 and a power station would be a lot to carry around like you said. You could also use the bass boost feature on the 310 to make it even louder.
I want to buy a 310, i already have a 1000 and ultimate. idk. might just buy another ultimate
The ultimate is incredible. The 310 is nice because you don't need an outlet.

Thanks for the suggestion, we left it out as it was not brand new like these, but we will look at it next round.
I can’t understand why the jbl partybox 710 has no battery 🔋. Someone please explain that to me .🤔
It takes so much power that it would have to be a massive battery pack inside. Although we really wish it did have one!
does the 310 have free microphone??
No, you will need to purchase separately.
Can the 110 be connected to the tv?
You could potentially use a 3.5 aux cord to connect it, however we have not tested that.
Is there gonna be a new one?
These 4 are all the latest models.
Essential???
Normal Encore is better.
It has 4 hours more battery life (10 hours) and nicer lights than Essential.

Not true stereo correct.
Two essentials or one 310?
IF you want to listen to them in True Wireless Stereo mode and like the idea of having a left and right speaker, then go with two essentials. It also spreads the music around better. However, if you need something more powerful to fill a larger area, go with the 310!

But can I use the 710 for karaoke???

JBL should at least give their party boxes like a 30-hour to like 24-hour battery life cuz Sony does better when it comes to battery life on their box speakers
But Sony does not really have anything like this.
@@AudioAdvice if you check out some of Sony's box speakers like the newer ones they're actually pretty cool and still having a longer-lasting battery even their larger box speaker Sony XV900 has a built-in battery while the party box 710 does not which is disappointing
