Certainly been something i've been wanting to cook for a while but was waiting for the milestone of hitting 1K Instagram followers to celebrate by making this wonderful no bake deliciousness infused with sugar syrup and pistachios 🤤🤤.
ZingMaar’s original, We kept the cheese filling slightly on the softer side rather then firm to complement with Gulab Jammun.

Ingredients for 9” cheesecake :
The crust :
Biscuit crumbs: 3 cups
Butter: 1/2 cup
Pistachios : 1/4 cup
Gulab jamun syrup : 3 tbs
The Filling :
Double/ whipping cream : 3 cups
Cream cheese : 2 cups
Icing sugar : about 1 cup
Sugar syrup : 3/4 tbs
Pistachios: 1/4 cup
Cardamom powder: 1/2 tsp
Gulab jamun: 5/6
Garnishes :
Gulab Jamun
Crushed pistachios
Gulab jamun syrup drizzle
