This is one of the best Death Battles ever. The 4th wall breaks are insane and that Chowder-esque animation budget gag had me wheezing the first time I saw it. It's still hilarious.

I'm suprised at no point did Dead Pool ever look at the camera and say soemthing like, "Being on the other side of things, I can see how a 4th wall breaking clown with hacks can be annoying" because essential this was the case of someone getting a taste of their own medicine.
It's kinda the same scenario it was with Popeye vs Saitama... parody powers will only carry you so far once you run into someone with even greater haxx than yourself!
Thing is, in the actual comics, DP doesn’t really gain much from 4th wall hacks. Most of the time all he achieves is making himself look crazy.
Unlike his spinoff character Gwenpool, who is (sometimes) a genuine reality warper.

The first time I watched this, I couldn’t even tell what the actual HFIL was going on, but I still loved it. The beautiful animation, the amazing interactions, and even Deadpool’s character arc towards the end, this “fight” if you can even call it that, is still one of the most creative and fun in the entire show. And it has gotten some major competition as of late. It still remains as both my favorite episode of Season 6 and one of my top 10 favorite episodes of the entire show. Never Change DP. Never Change.
