Hi Ian! You're right, in Palermo there's the Sherbeth International gelato festival every year. This very ice cream shop is in other parts of Sicily. They have shops in:
- Catania
- Ortigia (Siracusa)
- Marzamemi
- Marina di Ragusa
- Marina di Modica
- Ragusa
They also have one in Hollywood Bvd (Miami) non yet in Palermo but they might open shop there soon, too!
