My mind was blown! Thanks to Joe and Emily for having us! We can't wait to have you here in the states!
'It just shows what motorcycles can do and how they connect people...'. Well said Joe. So true. Love to both x
It is awesome to call Joe a dear friend!
That's a perfect day out in my book, it's what motorcycles and friendship are all about... Great video.
I cannot agree more!
The BSA and CCM look great together! I love the orange and black scheme - very Harley XR-esque!
I cannot agree more!
Tell it like it is Emily 😂 Made me look at my bike and feel guilty for not cleaning it. As the weather closes in in Britain it's always good to make the most of every dry day, brilliant to see those bikes on the road, and what a treat for Jared 👍
It was definitely a bucket list item!
What a fantastic adventure with your old man Joe! The way he lovingly looks at his bike that brings back memories of yore. He would ride it if it wasn't a damn kick start!
It was so refreshing to see Emily the star doing some flower potting while you washed your dad's bike!
You are a true gentleman & master of classic bikes!
Cheers👌
It was awesome to spend time with Joe and Emily!
just gets better. Well done Joe and Emily
I agree!!!!
I’ve just seen the Triumph you worked on for Mr Dobbs and was shocked at the state of it. He hasn’t treated the bike as it deserves after your fantastic work. Disgraceful!
Joe did a great job on his bike!
Young people, you will find out in time that as you get older you might not have the same energy as you used to have, and depending on what job you did heavy lifting etc etc.
Let's hope those days don't come too soon!
@@weemsmotorco They come quicker than you think, today invincible tomorrow crumble. Enjoy your your time and keep doing what your doing.
Great video. 16:30 - 1956, a great year.
The National Motorcycle Museum is a real treat. Pity it's a bit of a trek for me (but not as far as for Weems, of course!). I do, however, live only 20 miles from Sammy Miller's, so I can't complain too much! Have you been, Joe? It's definitely worth a visit and, if you're lucky, you may even see Sammy himself. He's as valuable as the exhibits!
Sammy Miller's is on the list for the next trip!
@@weemsmotorco You won't be disappointed - especially if you get to talk to Sammy himself!
Emily's garden is so lovely! I had forgotten how simple the motorcycles were in the seventies, there’s almost nothing on them. Compared to my 411 RE Himalayan the handlebars look particularly sparse, almost no controls at all. Perhaps when you visit the US you can visit The Barber Motorcycle Museum, it's very impressive . Given the recent events in the Tampa Bay area, I do hope Mr. Weems is ok, there has been much devastation.
We are doing well and Joe and Emily would be blown away by Barber Museum!
Not sure how you two find time to fit everything in and work. We love the national Motorcycle Museum. Nice to say hello at Stafford. Keep at it, and best wishes from Richard and Carol
All work and no play makes Weems a sad man!
I had to laugh at all oil pans under all the Triumph's at the museum !.
It made me smile!
I’ve been quite happy with Hagerty, too. Never had a claim but they seem to be the only insurance company that recognizes one can usually only drive one of one’s classic vehicles at a time.
It was awesome that they made this happen!
Great job both that is a brilliant ride I live1 mile from the factory in Allesley Village so this is my favourite ride.
Jared is in heaven Cheers Noel
I could not stop smiling the whole time!
Great video. See you in 2 weeks Joe and Emily.
Jerry we cannot wait!
16:16 Was that the 7ST side valve prototype? Very special!
Great Eye! It was and my mind was blown!
@@weemsmotorco Glad you had such a good time!
I used to travel by the Triumph factory most days in the 1970's. I don't recognise the route now with the changes.
It would have been awesome to see that back in the day!
Great video guys , love seeing the local roads, that route from Tamworth to Coventry is a great ride. Been meaning to go to the old Triumph site at Meriden for ages but wasn’t sure exactly where is was👍
It was the ride of a lifetime for me!
Fantastic stuff,
It was!
Joe, you're going to have to explain, they're both BSAs but one's got Triumph on the seat and the other's got CCM on the tank and whilst they look the same, the rear brakes are different.
Joe's dad's bike is a Triumph frame with a BSA engine! Great Eye!
Great bikes are they starfires 250cc love the vid .I was going to put indicators on my Triumph TR25W now seeing you both ride with out I wont it would spoil the look of the bike .
Don't change your energy or "energy".I get pretty tired of being screamed at by presenters trying a bit TOO hard to get attention. Americans can get over accustomed to everything being volume eleven. You guys are wonderful as you are. Look at Allen Millyard. He is incredibly low key and, when he has exciting content, he gets millions of hits! Again, you guys are genuinely appreciated
I Agree! Don't change Joe and Emily! Us obnoxious American's are like Spinal Tap....our amps go to 11!
Absolutely brilliant guys, are the bsa's the b40 units? lovely bikes. Cheers 😎
Joes is a special B40 and his dad's is a Triumph frame with a BSA engine.
@@weemsmotorco thanks man
If you haven"t already checked them out. Look up The bearded mechanic and Joe the mountain Jedi
Both great channels!
Did u tell him that "England's Green and pleasant lands" can be a bit "nippy" in the mornings !?
The weather was gorgeous! I love riding in the early morning chill, the bikes always run better in the cold!
The Oil-pressure warning light was on.
What do you both do for a living?
I'm retired Military and Full Time bike builder and TH-camr. I'll let Joe tell you about his VIP level super secret top level work!
Wait what brown eggs ?
They only have organic farm fresh eggs.
G’day Joe, what a bonza , ridgy didge video. Seeing you two riding these rare bikes together, with dear old dad as well on typical English roads , to the factory & the museum almost bought a tear to my eye. Fantabulastic mate. I really need to visit both these places when I am in old blighty next year. I may need some directions though. Excellently done . Ride safe, Hooroo for now🏍👍😁
It was an honor to join Joe and Emily for a few days in the UK!
