Congrats on winning the kit, nice of Jay to do a giveaway. Tough break on the decals but the finished build looks great, especially with the access panels open to display the details.

Very nice job. Never got around to building a Mustang. I'd like to try Tamiya's Metallic Silver on a late war fighter. Expensive paint but it looks awesome.
I can't take credit for the idea of making a tarmac as many, many others have done it before and done it better, but even my simple frame and use of grout came out nice and I'll do it again in the future. (I did buy two of those frames so why not 😀). Tamiya will definitely be a better kit. Thanks for watching.
Too late. LOL. The problem is they show one plane outline, half being the "TOP" the other side being "BOTTOM". Not clear in the instructions. Oh well..... Thanks for watching.
