For Part 3 I would mention L'Eau D'Issey Pour Homme. IMO it can be placed among CK One and Acqua Di Gio as a classic from the 90s that no one should miss. Cheers,

Last year the summer list was released in September and the Winter list mid december. He would get much more attention from people who don't know him if he would publish those videos sooner. Because usually, people look for new fragrances BEFORE the season (e.g summer) starts, or in the beginning.
My sister got me a small sample of Aventus, Tuscan Leather, and Green Irish Tweed - I thought I would like Aventus hands down, but the other two just captivated me with their uniqueness and depth. Definitely two I look forward to splurging on and wearing in the future.

Ash, you are by far my favorite fragrance TH-camr. I started my fragrance journey about 2 years ago, and you have definitely helped guide me on my way. I had colognes when I was younger, but got a Bath and Body works cologne and have slowly developed a collection of around 50. I was wondering if you could help me with some specific suggestions. My favorite bath and bodyworks colognes are teakwood and noir, and I was wondering if you could tell me some similar colognes that have better performance to those.
I would just point out that Tuscan Leather is BY NO MEANS a safe blind buy. It's no crowd pleaser, lot of people (including myself) find it disgusting. It is worth trying, just to get the idea of a heavy leather scent.

For the guys out there who love Paco Rabanne One Million. Get Cuba Original EDT. It's litterally for 98% the same. Performance is great. I sprayed in on my right hand and the authentic one million on the left. My girlfriend and my parents where both pointing at the right one. My dad who owned multiple bottles of them, was amazed by it. After like 5 hours you wil start to smel the one million one a bit more than the Cuba Original one. But a bottle of 200ml one million is over 100 euros. And cuba original is 9 euros for 100ml. Pretty easy deal.
Not sure Tuscan Leather is really to be included in a 'Must Smell Basics' list. I think it's not approachable enough for beginners to pull off. Even for those deep in the community, it's not very easy to wear or versatile. Personally I think the TF house is extremely overrated, but regardless of that I think it's a stretch to say it's something everyone needs to smell.
i wear it anywhere i wouldnt say its out there like some fragrances ...smells beautiful and you dont have to bathe in it ,its just a classic mans scent to my nose nothing too much
I don't think it needs to be popular itself, there's a million clones and fragrances borrowing parts of it. Since many people in the community use it as a reference point, it makes sense to put it on this list. This isn't a list of must own, just must smell.
If tuscan leather was the first tom ford I tried I would never touch that house again 😜 .. they have great offerings but that's probably my least favorite

Spicebomb.. More like vanilla bomb. The one redeeming thing of that fragrance is the incense-y dry down which is unbelievable, the rest is not well blended in my opinion. The ratio of vanilla to spice is wayyy too far on the vanilla side. And it’s not a great dusty vanilla like Tom Ford.. it’s a sickly sweet one. If anyone knows Of a fragrance that smells like the last breaths of the dry down on spicebomb extreme, where the incense levels with the vanilla.. I’m on the hunt for it. I might have a lead with D&G - velvet incenso 🤔no samples.. may need to blind buy ☹️

I find tuscan leather to be absolutely disgusting. I started watching your videos aswell as other fragrance reviewers on TH-cam. And all of them including you always adored Tom Ford. So after buying multiple fragrances online and enjoing all of them I finally found some testers of Tom Fords in a store. I tested about ten of em and I only liked the tobacco vanille, oud wood and some of the fresh scents. Tuscan leather however was the biggest letdown, very pungent and doesnt even smell generic just straight up like smelling the carcass of a cow
