It's because originally I created a box field and then in the Field tab I switched it to linier. When you do that it keeps the remapping display from the box Field. But it's only in the display it is still a linier Field.
Thank you for sharing your knowledge, Sev and Joe, despite being busy professionals. Whatever schedule you guys want to follow to do tutorials is okay and greatly appreciated - and never taken for granted!
Thanks brother! We really think this change is going to greatly improve our channel. We used to have the time to hit both quantity and quality, but that time has passed, haha.
Announcement isn't surprising what's surprising is the amount of quality tut's that's been put out every week so far, probably for most of us it would be a full time job just to do one tut a month let alone get other stuff done like client work.
Haha, couldn’t hit that pace forever. I knew it when I started. I had just hoped to build a queue but it never materialized. Plus we have other ideas for other interesting things but having to have something ready means stuff can’t even be put on the back burner-it has to get off the stove. I think this change will be a major improvement to our channel. Anyway, thanks as always for the kind words, Paul.
I feel you guys the juggle between client work and making tutorials is a tough balance but your track record has been on point so taking time away to regroup might not be a bad thing 👊🏿
Thanks! We had a little bit more time to add in our humor. We're fans of being a bit goofy too. And that's another reason why we're switching up our schedule. :)
Nice c4d tehnique! I would have liked to see the xray a bit more because it's too cool to hide it under the main reveal, maybe add on top of everything like an additional system checking scan thing
I tried similar voronoi fracture object cutting but cinema r21 stuck with loading and loooooading scene like 5 mins. Is there any optimization ways how to load scene faster? Thank you.
Thanks for the question.:) Once you do the voronoi fracture and you have it the way you like it I would hit c on the keyboard to convert to objects and then from there on you can use the mograph fracture object to animate it..

Hi Filip, this is the style of tutorial we make. Here's why: workbench.tv/blog/2017-05-28_WorkbenchStyle/ The only part I can think of that we didn't really explain is making the spline. You can just draw one in one of the orthographic views (Top, Bottom, Front, Back, Right, Left) using the pen.
Everything you need is inside this tutorial. And btw if you’re amateur in c4d this is not the kind of tutorial you’re looking for. Flag them and come back later.
@@Workbenchtv I was playing around with it. I like how the voronoi vracture cutting the objects. I don't understand why boolean is so slow. Do you think is there any other chance to make multiple slices on one object. I did it but had to done with some strange numbers of point in curve.
Hi, your tips are awesome. it is a great help for many things create. can you same tutorials for c4d default material or shader without any third-party plugins or render engine. I really appreciate that.
Thanks Raj! At this point we don't really use the C4D default materials or render engine, but for most of the concepts we show you should be able to follow along. We'll keep that in mind for the future though. Thanks again!
@@Raj92ify Unfortunately we can't help with that one as we don't use Corona. If a tutorial requires something from a render engine, it's going to be based on what we use in production, which is Redshift.

You guys are truly awesome! I recently discovered Ian Hubert and his lazy tutorials and i feel like humorous/cut down tutorials are the future!
Yep! We love his. We're not as funny, haha.

It was on-point minus the last few weeks, haha. There were some crazy times in there on the client side with everyone's favorite-the phantom deadline!
200! I was wondering what Sev was saying. Its 200! Way to go boys!
Haha yep!
Fantastic results and goofy humor-My style.

Thanks! The X-ray is definitely cool, but we kind of did that in our scanning tutorial, so we didn't do it here.
very nice one, thanks
Thanks!
it very good,Thank you for sharing your knowledge
Thank you for watching!
how do this X-Ray?Like Wireframes? Why you skipped the render progress?
I forgot to note in the video, but that information is in the description. It comes from a previous tutorial.
@@Workbenchtv ok!thank you very much!

This is very usefully tutorial 😍😍
Thanks! Put it to good use!
My bad, as add grain is gpu accelerated now, it's the same as noise hls. Never tested again after they changed it! Just learnt something!
Me too! I wondered if it was accelerated because it was way faster than it used to be.

Can full tutorial for creacing slice object in C4D and AE, because im amateur in C4D?

@@rbsn3d Exactly! There's plenty of beginner tutorials out there. Get the foundation first.
What's the different between this technique and using boolean?
Sorry for the delay, we didn't get a notification. Using this technique we can use fields on the individuals slices, among other things.
