You can pause the video before I pop in, and it's always best to experiment with your own values. I'm not sure what to tell you about camera angle. It's just an MCU.
Hi im really new to Cinema4d how do you actually get the render to animate, when I click play the cube shape doesnt move over the landscape like in the video.

Thats a cool way to go about it. I wonder can you distort the scan line but adding a noise shader to it?
I don't believe so, and if you add a displacer to the actual plain it gets all messed up.
