In this tutorial, you will learn how to animate and how to draw in Photoshop, even if you've never used the program before! Photoshop is a great program for learning how to draw and how to animate. By the end of this Photoshop tutorial, we will learn how to make an animated GIF, how to upload a video to TH-cam, and how to animate frame-by-frame!
Animating in Photoshop is not the most intuitive, I would instead recommend checking out Krita (krita.org/en/), it's a FREE alternative to Photoshop, and WAAAY easier to animate in! I also made an animation tutorial for it:

I like how I've had CS6 for fifteen years and just in the beginner section of this video I'm learning stuff, like how to reset rotation... What I get for never having been shown how to use the program. lol (And how dare you draw a nearly perfect circle so easily on the first try...)

it's much easier to go to layer> video layers> new blank video layer, so you don't need to create 1 copy of each layer to animate, to do the in-between is also something that makes it much easier, even without having taught the way I learned to use it I really liked the video and it taught me a new way to use photoshop thanks
