- Hello and welcome to another OMSI 2 video!
Well we're taking a run in the fabulous Studio Polygon 400MMC in the wonderful Stagecoach South "Coastliner 700" livery. The bus we're using today is the 10.9m version on the E40D chassis. It features a Voith gearbox and is the low height variant.
It's a wet and miserable day today which is why i've chosen the Enviro 400 MMC as our chariot for the trip, yet it's not out of place with the wonderful Coastliner livery.

Actually the service route 700 is split up into three roots now Route 700 Portsmouth to Bognor Regis Route 700 Chichester to Littlehampton and Route 700 Littlehampton to Brighton and Hove. Stagecoach Bus did this because when it was one whole route it took up to 4 hours to go start to finish.

Yeah, I took the 700 yesterday and I got abit confused at first. However, then I realised the routes got split.

The Scania enviro 400 mmc is a banging bus but nothing beats the ADL Enviro400MMC I also really like the Wright Streetlite & Enviro200

in Brighton the bus 700 to Littlehampton is the bus your driving joe
The 700 is my local route but the routes are, Brighton to Littlehampton, Littlehampton to Chichester and Bognor Regis to Portsmouth.

Destination controller is simple: Put the route number in then press E/F

Joe, You could possibly try this another way instead of skipping 6 months ahead. You could have skipped to any date after the 2nd of April as that's when the summer season starts again

Damn, its weird to see the bus I drive in video game form 😂, all it's missing is the Alexander Dennis steering wheel badge peeled off by another bored driver, the missing window blind, and the scratched up assault screens 😂

how is your gameplay so smooth? i’ve just picked this up a few days ago but the lag is atrocious
you need a better pc
there are 3 different types of 700 routes, 700 to Brighton from Littlehampton, 700 to Chichester from Littlehampton, and 700 to Portsmouth from Bognor Regis flansham park except for Sundays where it starts at the Chichester bus station. Fun fact, 700 to Brighton runs with the bus in this video, 700 to Chichester runs with an e300 in the new long-distance livery branded with 700 or an e400 and very rarely an alx400 and the 700 to Portsmouth runs Scania e400 or regular e400 or sometimes e400 MMC Chichester college branded or even e200 MMC
Portsmouth sometimes uses Trident E400s... they do not have E40Ds

You can’t sadly, there’s no known way to reverse it which is such a bummer

Oh I love this map! And I do really like the bus but I can't stand the blinker sounds. What's wrong with "tick tick tick"? The beeping is driving me mad. But maybe you can get used to it or something.
Maybe that’s the idea 🤣🤣 maybe it’s meant to be soooo annoying drivers wouldn’t ever want to leave it on longer than necessary hahaha

Actually the 700 is now split into 2 services the 700 from Brighton only goes to littlehampton then one runs from littlehampton to Portsmouth but hopefully it will run straight through again
