    Mga Paraan ng paggawa ng overnight proofing
    1. Para sa regular pandesal, 1/4 tsp quick rise yeast lang
    2. Para sa ube cheese pandesal, dapat 1/2 tsp quick rise yeast dahil may filling ito kaya mas heavy mas matagal mag rise kaya mas dagdag yeast para dito.
    3. Kailangan napaalsa ng mabuti para iwas asim
    4. Paalsahin sa warm na oven, turn on the oven for 2 mins then turn it off at saka ilagay ang dough na paaalsahin.
    5. Paalsahin ng 2 beses gaya ng makikita sa video
    6.Para sa overnight proofing, kailangang ilagay sa room temperature para iwas asim ng dough.
    7 Huwag i-bake ng matagal para iwas dryness ng bread at least 15 mins sa regular pandesal and at least 17 mins para sa ube cheese pandesal
    8. Ilagay lang sa middle rack ng oven i-bebake para pantay ang pagkakaluto.

      Yes okay na okay nagdadagdag lang siya para mas soft ang dough at kahit ilang araw na soft parin.

    yung APF pde po bang Bread flour gmitin? same measurement pdin po ba? wala po bang magbbago sa recipe if bread flour ang gmit?
