Fasting works best combined with complete rest minimum 2 weeks with lots of water. You're walking too much. 10 minutes walk to drain lymphatics. Complete rest is the key. No hunger pain.

@@harrylevershorts8434 , not eating without complete rest is starvation, and not fasting. If you are active you will burn muscle instead of switching to fat metabolism. Also, you have to go through withdrawal before all the benefits of therapeutic fasting kick in. That takes approximately 8-12 days.

Yes I was still very active but I would rather this as sitting in your room for 5 days is not heathy either.

before was at my father's funeral. The second one is progress one. This particular fast lasted 128 days.
