I’m glad that you got a good Doctor! I went to Black Female Doctor before being diagnosed with breast cancer, and she told me not to worry about it, she said “ it was apart of my rib” She was dead wrong, . I wrote her a nice letter, no bad words, but I did tell her she was wrong in her diagnosis. It was my awesome mom that said, “ no you are going to charity hospital, my lump had grown extensively. Praise God for An Awesome Mom and Family. I was diagnosed with breast cancer stage 2, this was 24 years ago. The race of the person doesn’t matter, good doctors can be any race, just like bad doctors can be any race.
Hi everyone. I left in a lot of pauses that normally I edit out. I have a lot of brain fog and I just thought showing it completely gives a clearer picture. It shows why I haven’t been uploading consistently for some time. It takes so long to film and edit when your brain power is low. But I was hoping this may help someone else with the same or similar symptoms. It’s scary and very annoying but I’m going to figure it out….even though I’m writing this 5.5 hours after my first wave 🤦🏾♀️
😢I will be praying for you to find a way to get more sleep. I will be sharing this with my niece who seems to have similar symptoms. I am writing this at 4:21 am as my Mom use to say I got my days and nights mixed up. I have trouble sleeping I have insomnia due to childhood trauma which in turn caused anxiety. My niece is doing so many things like you and hope we all find the solution to this problem. Sending Hugs and Love with lots of prayers Akeeba be easy. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Hi Akeeba, please look into a Whhop watch. It will track everything for you and make suggestion for your day based on your pervious day. You can also print out the data and use it to show your doctor for a more compreshive report. It tracks sleep, recovery, strain, stress and so much more. Extremely well laid out and ease to use data. Very user friendly. It just might help you... Good luck!
Thank you for sharing. This is EXACTLY what I go through. It's that drive to go go go and be a great mom. We put too much pressure on ourselves. Fellow teacher too!
I found taking magnesium and tart cherry at night to sleep after 2 years of not sleeping after my husband death. (After trying medication, theray and all sorts of things) bless you form sharing
My beloved Mama who was a midwife for 6 - 7yrs in the U.K. and 40 yrs in total as a R.N. had me consume barley daily throughout my first pregnancy, and when I was exclusively breastfeeding my first daughter was sleeping through the night 8 - 10hrs by ten days old. Barley contains melatonin which causes you to have a deep, restful sleep and is just as effective in adults as it is in babies. I am in no way a medical doctor but, it wouldn't hurt to try barley in your porridge, soups, stews or teas. Praying that you get some much needed sleep. God's richest blessings.🙏🏾
I literally talked to my doctor about this yesterday-the same exact prescription for two weeks! I was still in a bit of denial, but I see and hear myself so much in your story. My cognitive function is trash right now, and I always fight sleep at night. The circadian rhythm thing is a major key & made everything click just now! Thanks for sharing!
Reading the Bible and meditating before going to bed works too. Helps calm your brain and helps you to focus. And a cup of chamomile tea. Circadian rhythms.
I'm glad I watched this, just confirming all I know about how sleep is verrrry important to your physical as well as your mental health, and why I need to make changes regarding my job and my life. I've been putting it off for a while, but my job doesn't allow me the sleep I need. Brain fog is a serious reality. Thanks for sharing Akeeba! 🙏
Sis I needed this video. Thank you for sharing your story. I too was THE SAME. Teaching and picking my daughter up from daycare and falling asleep behind the wheel. It got to a point where I would have to take a nap in the car before going home. I thought it was because of the work load. And here I am homeschooling and trying to build BUSINESSES clean the house cook all the meals my sleep pattern is identical to yours. But I didn’t know it could have detrimental effects, because like you I add up the intermittent hours 😅 so THANK YOU for sharing. I will be making changes IMMEDIATELY!
Akeeba, I am a teacher also. I have been through stages when the excessive work overload at work and being a team leader made me stay up after 12 at nights. I also started to fall asleep on the road on my way home from work. It got to the point when drivers were honking at me on the road. Luckily I did not have to drive on the highway. I have been through several illnesses which I have credited to my stressful life. Thank God, I am in the last few years of my teaching career. I wish you health, wealth, and wholeness in all your endeavors. You are a wonderful mom and a great teacher.
Thank you for sharing this! I used to be a stay at home ,homeschool mom that now works fulltime and then comes home to do housework and homeschool. If I don't fall asleep at 8pm , I won't be able to fall asleep until 5am 😢 Breastfeed then wake up at 2pm or 4pm to rush to work. Sometimes I forget my name or what the heck I'm even doing and eating has gone out the window. I hope you find a way to sleep im your sleep window and get full rest. Prayers Mama for both of us!
I can relate to all you are saying! I now prioritize sleep and rest but based on what you said we need to listen to our bodies more! Thanks for sharing your experience with us!
Melatonin, and consider walking around the inside of your house when it’s this late at night ❤. Oh and try knitting or another hobby when you cannot sleep. Ever notice how tired you are when you are focused on a task? Sending positive energy your way
This is so true! Sleep is a necessity not a luxury. When I decided to just sleep as long as my body needed the benefits carried over to all the areas of my life. Thank u for sharing ❤
I'm Praying for you, Miss Akeeba 🙏I know so many who struggle with this and it's frustrating. I really hear you when you talk about not being able to find the words or seeing the picture in your head but not the word. Brain fog is scary and real. Milk Thistle supplements are something I can't recommend enough to help with the brain fog ❤ Hugs, love and blessings to you!
Yes milk thistle will help you detox the liver...also try the castor oil pack it will help you with your liver, and other things like insomnia, balance your hormones, bowels movement, ... Do some research about it, it's really Amazing!
Ok this is very personal… and I haven’t even finished the video. But have you ever been in a relationship with a narcissist/abusive individual? You don’t have to answer… it’s just that your body goes into fight/flight and changes your brain makeup dramatically… and can cause memory loss and brain fog for years. I only know because I’ve experienced it. On top of severe sleep depression with 3 kids 3 and under. I am sorry. Thank you for sharing your struggles. You do a lot! Finishing the video now…
Because of you shedding light on this issue, i recognize some of these patterns in myself. So i thank you for your transparency. GOD be with you and your family always.
Akeeba, make an appointment with a Sleep Specialist Doctor. Have a Sleep Study. The Sleep Study will monitor your breathing, brainwaves and show how long you slept, how many times you woke up, whether you entered the various stages of sleep, whether you have Sleep Apnea. It will more precisely explain your sleep disorder. The Sleep Specialist Doctor is your next step. Good luck. I have the same Sleep problems and Daytime Sleepiness.
Thank you for pointing this out to us. Yes, and sleep issues can evolve over time. The study can be done in your home environment, too. It doesn't necessarily mean you have sleep apnea, there are many things that can be happening here. Data will help explain it, give a more complete picture. Some people do not breath regularly even while awake and that is a contributing factor.
That can be so annoying and scary. I went through that a few times in my life. I sent you an email listing some of the things that I did to correct it. 5G which is a big issue can cause many health problems, the radiation. It caused my family and I memory lose problems. We got rid of 5g wifi and life is back to normal. Blessings to you and your family.
Wow. I am so happy I found this, I have been having the same problems! My husband usually fills in the blanks for me. I will try to concentrate more on sleep. Thank you.
Praying for you, and thank you for shedding light to this, I too am a single mom and as you mentioned what your juggling I was nodding my head as to me feeling that way as well, but didn’t know that it could affect someone’s body this way, I know it’s not easy being a single mom there’s a lot on your plate, self care 🙏🏼. Hoping you can get some rest tonight🙏🏼
Praying for you too Akeeba!!🙏🏽 We all appreciate what you do for our community! We can understand where you're coming from, but we all need balance ... Easier said than done, (I know) BUT don't give up on work life balance! I've recommended your channel many times and love watching with my little girl. *But* you need to *make time* and *take time out* to be whole and rested for YOU and your Princesses sis! Your beautiful girls will understand and want to help Mummy. Share with them that you NEED to rest, and maybe let them take on some chores so you can rest, and forget about the chores. Apply your professional discipline to cherishing YOURSELF! You deserve it!!! This also models balance for the girls. *Remember to go to bed this evening *AT 7PM* Start winding down 30 mins before and stick to the plan of restoration. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE Take as good care of yourself as possible Ms Akeeba YOU DESERVE IT!!! ❤ We're all rooting for you and praying for you Sending love from here the UK 🙏🏽💯❤️
Yes amen I'm working on my part-time business now. Trying to leave the government and use those talents for my family, friends and others. Trying t learn a new programming skill but oh well lips dry, feet hot can't think tired. Praying for another day but watching this I'm going to call it a night. Thank you praying for you and take care of yourself. truly we try to do it all. but God he's the only one.....
Fasting is incredibly powerful and healing. Dr. mindy Pelz shares how to do it for menopause, etc. Also, plant based is very popular but our brains run on cholesterol and many disorders like Alzeimers can be linked to low fat diets
I take 240-320 mg of magnesium citrate approx one hour before bed. Really helps your the nervous system , calm you down , and helps with sleep. If you haven’t tried it, look into it ❤ hope you things get better!
Akeeba watch videos by Dr Peter Attia and he talks about magnesium threonate but it has to be the one that has magtein- any brand will do as long as it has magtein.
Akeeba, I feel you totally girl. I’m so glad you posted this video because I needed this. I also struggle with getting to bed at a decent hour, sometimes even working through the night and not sleeping until the next night. Lord help me. After hearing your diagnosis of sleep deprivation being the reason for the brain fog, I totally get it. I will be intentionally changing my sleep patterns. Work hard at it girl. Your girls need you in tip top shape. I hope it gets better for you soon. Report back to us. ♥️
Wow what a great share and reminder of the importance of REST. Quality rest. If I may, I’d like to share my own testimony in case it helps you or anyone who comes across it. I used to think I had insomnia as a child/young adult. I never talked to my doctor about it and so I was never formally diagnosed but I took the “night owl” label and hoped for good night’s rest as often as possible. After I was born again (as a young adult) I realized one day that I had been cured from insomnia. I realized that I was able to go asleep quickly, stay asleep, no longer a night owl, sleeping a full 6-8 hours. I also have scoliosis so many nights were literally hours of trying to find a comfortable position to sleep in. Super annoying and just draining. But all that disappeared when I accepted Christ. Truly not a sales pitch but is my testimony. Go to the doctor but also pray for healing. God is absolutely a healer! He healed me from insomnia and I just “happened” to realize it. He heals you from things you didn’t pray about and may not even notice immediately. Just wanted to add that as encouragement to someone out there ❤
Same thing with me,God healed me too from insomia and restored my mind when i came to Christ, It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep.(PSALM127V2
You have been such an inspiration, and I always wondered why you uploaded so sporadically. Thanks for being transparent. Please continue to take care of yourself.
Oh, how I wish every doctor is like yours! You even gave her an "out" by suggesting depression, but she was thorough and didn't go straight to pharmaceuticals! I hope you realize you have a prized physician!! So simple, yet, so profound. Should be the norm, but totally isn't! God bless you on this sleep journey. I know it's not easy, especially with kids, but at least, since you are self-employed, you have a bit more freedom to try and structure a day around your circadian rhythm- a freedom that I'm trying to create for myself (working on getting out of corporate). I wish you well and excellent health.
let the pages and pages of comments and suggestions and prayers and concern be a sign of your importance and value.. YOU ARE LOVED! Wishing you well and praying for you mama!!
Glad that you are doing, better. I also watch Dr. Bobby Price and he said “ fried foods, enriched foods, Coke 0 , energy drinks can be linked to dementia.
Akeeba🩷 thank you for sharing! My sleep time changes. I am going to try to catch the first wave of sleep and go to sleep and see what it is like to get up before the sun gets up. 🌞✨
I don’t sleep either and I thought maybe I had some sort of aphasia or something that was causing me to forget things and esp forget vocabulary. I use to have waves of sleepiness but now I don’t even have that which is why I’m up at 1:17am watching your vid. My sleep wave will come at 2:30 but I need to be up by 7:30. I feel like the energizer bunny with no turnoff switch.
Awe, wishing you a full recovery. Get to bed at 7 and follow your instincts. I’m rooting for you. Lately, I haven’t been sleeping that well either. Life ❤
I completely understand this. I have brain fog, exhaustion and fatigue, forgetfulness, insomnia, mood swings, and I can’t get out of flight mode. My 5 and 6 year old get up from bed several times a night (detox loading). I’m supposed to be teaching them how to read (I joined Akeeba’s program in January) but Mama is mfn’ tired! I’m going to try reducing my sugar/processed food intake and exercise more efficiently. Like Akeeba says, “I don’t know how but I know I must”… 🙏🏾
Good evening Akeeba I am just like you, I’m an older woman and retired. Follow your instincts just puts everything aside and sleep the house cleaning can wait as long as you do your job take care of your children, you will be ok. Take care of yourself.
Im going though that now. At any point during the day in any conversation, words are hard. My daughter has gotten good at helping me through it. When you were speaking i could see you wanting to come up with the words.
This was happening to me and I was diagnosed with long-term Covid. The brain fog, word search and cognitive delays. The cognitive therapy, medication, and speech therapy helps. This is a long journey.
Akeeba get some soursop leaves boil at least 3 to 4 leaves and drink it in the evening before bed time THIS WORKS! YOUR NERVES ARE TIRED AND OVER WORKED THATS WHY YOU CANT SLEEP IT ALSO CAN BE STRESS....
Yes. I can so identify with this. I am not sure how old you are but at 45 I too started having strange symptoms that were sporatic and isolated....brain fog being one of them. However, I never considered sleep deprivation being a cause as I continued burning with trying to get it all done homeschooling my 13, 11, 9 and 7 year old. Now I know that sleep, exercise and Perimenopause, menopause and now post menopause is a HUGE factor. Learn all you can about the menopausal stages (Dr. Mary Claire here on TH-cam and others) and look into all causes and connections that brain fog has. So wish we could meet I think we live in the same area. We moved from the southern part of the state a few years ago. Hope this helps and will be praying for you. You are do great and be kind to yourself🙏🏽
Thank you for sharing this! You encouraged me to actually take the time and figure out how to fix my sleep problems too. I'm embarrassed about how frequently I'm falling asleep throughout my day, being home full time and homeschooling too. I really appreciate your honesty and openness.
I have migraines and was diagnosed with chronic insomia so apart from the brain fog, i get you. I'd say this, reduce screen, leave what you can't do to the next day, you can actually sleep after your first wave but its a lot of work. Ive had every sleep pill you can imagine, i was on sleep therapy for 6 months. So when you miss your first wave, take a position your body is familiar with and just lay still. Try headspace or a listen that you're uninterested in. Wish you the best
I have a lot of difficulty sleeping, and I've learned that you have to use multiple strategies. Like, magnesium and make sure you have enough calcium and make sure you're eating healthy. A tiny amount of melatonin before bed. A bedtime ritual. Get the list of "sleep hygiene" details from a psychology website and do most of those things. For me, I focus on the strategy of not napping and not going back to bed if I wake up. So if I wake up at 2:00 a.m., I get up if I can't fall back asleep and I stay awake until 9:00 p.m. that day. It resets the sleep clock. Good luck! I also used to live in Korea
Akeeba, it maybe a hormonal imbalance. Have your vitamin D levels tested and then supplement. As a black person I adjusted my vitamin D levels and sleep well During the pandemic that regiment also provided immunity fighting properties to what was going on around us. Now I take 10k iu of Vitamin D 3. Four times a week along with Vitamin K. I'd avoid sleep aids and cold medicines to get restful sleep
This sounds like me i can go at least 3 days without sleep and then when i go to sleep i am totally exhausted. It's like my brain won't turn off and i have very limited energy daily. I try to take meds but nothing helps i have made my doctors aware of this people say go to sleep i can't and like you say i get sleepy at weird times of the day.
Thanks so much for sharing this information. I pray that you are able to find a solution that will help you to get more sleep (at the appropriate hour) and allow you to spend more quality time with your business, your homeschooling, your children and most of all, yourself.❤️🙏🏽
Wishing you good health. Thanks for the knowledge you’ve been sharing in this channel it’s really helpful for a lot of people. Thank you and hope you get well soon!
I'm sorry that you are going through that, and I hope you get a consistent sleep schedule implemented to help you feel better and be at your best. Take care! Praying for you 🙏
Yes go to sleep it makes you feel so much better 🙃 I suffered similar and organic liquid B12 and a plant based diet also helps but truly get to sleep 😴 it makes a big difference 💕
You have the solution and you know it works. May be do some simple cognitive behavioral therapy could help you work through what you’re thinking and what triggers your sleep destroying behaviors. You e already realized that when you act on the thought “a little housework to night…”. The result is not feeling better. That’s an important insight. Do you keep a sleep diary? I manage my sleep better when I do. Good luck. I’m rooting for you and myself.
Try to eliminate coffee and teas high in caffeine from your diet. Eliminate known stressors of any kind one hour before bedtime. Turn off all distractors like TVs and radios. Also you may want to learn how to stimulate your vagus nerve to help you wind down right before getting into bed. I don't know if you can shift your natural sleep pattern so you may want to just go with it. My uncle goes to bed at 7pm every evening. My dad said he has been that way all his life even as a kid. He gets up ready to go by 3 am in the morning. But hey at least you can be like the army and get more done by 9am than most people get done all day :) Manipulate your world to work with your natural self. Blessings
Occupational therapy can help build a healthy sleep hygiene routine. It involves routines before bed and environmental changes. I hope you find your healthy sleep pattern again Ms Akeeba
I’m also an insomniac. I have to take trazadone at night to help with my anxiety and sleep. Sometimes it doesn’t work especially if I eat a lot of carbs at night. Some doctors may say that there’s no correlation, but for me, my body can’t wind down. You should try to eat your most carbs in to morning and very little for dinner. What’s the problem with sleeping at 7pm and waking up at 4 am to clean the house or get some work done? Allow yourself some flexibility and some grace. You have to keep your mind functioning properly for the very people you want to be wealthy for. What good is wealth if you are (possibly) damaging your brain to get it. Trust me. You don’t want to get to the point where you are not sleeping for days at a time. Before I got help, I didn’t sleep for 3 or 4 days. I was hallucinating.
Thank you for sharing; I need to get my sleep hygiene together, too. God bless you. I know you will come through this all the more better, in Jesus' name.
Hello @ AkeebaMaze There is always a solution with GOD and your faith! Pray and fast for healing and take daily communions. Don’t cease in believing patiently until you get the expected results. Also, I don’t know if you were baptized in the Holy Ghost and have speaking in Tongues but your sister does. Either let your Alena lays hands on you and pray in tongues or pray in tongues for you over the phone. If in person she can also anoint you with anointed oil while praying in tongues and declaring healing.🙏🏻
Akeeba, please consider doing an extended juice fast -- a juicer, organic fruits and veggies, lots of filtered water. It will help whatever is happening.
Being aware and self care will help you to avoid the slippery slope referred to as 'adrenal fatique' online. Do the research and help regain balance. 💞
If you're open to trying something natural,if i may suggest something that works for me.Rub Vicks on your feet before going yo bed snd it's recommended to wear socks thereafter but i personally prefer not to and or also peel a couple of cloves of garlic snd put on your nightstand and under your pillow
Hi ma’am, I know you want to be a great mum and provide for your babies and all but please you need to take care of yourself to be able to do this. Please take it easy. Slow down. Do what you can. You need to go on a vacation where you are doing nothing please, no chores, no TH-cam.. nothing. Get a companion….everyone needs somebody and please try and get enough sleep. Stay strong and I will pray for you as well. Sending you hugs 🤗
Have you tried melatonin supplements? Also you could try replenishing your natural melatonin with sunlight especially early morning sunlight, which helped me the past. Wishing you happy dreams😊.
This is a complaint that hits home for me. Not only have I suffered from this cycle, but as a wellness coach, I see clients with this issue on a regular basis. Us women be out here doing the most! I see a lot of suggestions for melatonin, but if you are concerned about that, you can try an herbal approach. There are plenty of herbs that will help you sleep: valerian, passion flower, lavender, and chamomile all come to mind, but even adaptogens like ashwagandha can be a big help in regulating our circadian rhythms and getting those adrenal hormones back in sync. And for anyone watching who is suffering from sleep issues, you can sleep train yourself to adjust the timing of your sleep. Feeling tired at 7pm may be her natural rhythm at the moment, but there are ways to push that back little by little until you have a schedule that better suits you. Everyone has a natural rhythm, but that can be shifted within reason. Optimum sleep onset usually occurs before 11pm. Also, consider the timing of drinking water, exercise, and mental stimulation... so basically, sleep is a science, but it can be figured out lol!
I’m going through something scarily similar. My mom thinks it’s a vitamin deficiency. She brought me a bunch of vitamins. I’ve been experiencing this for about 6 months significantly.
Dr. Matt Walker is a sleep expert at Berkley and has a book you might want to check out. I heard a fantastic interview he did on the Huberman Lab podcast
Teddy is so cute❤I’m so sorry you are dealing with this. Ivy been having trouble with sleeping for years. I suffer from insomnia. My neurologist recommended me take melatonin, but I don’t want to take something to make me sleep. I’m just stuck right now.
Experiencing **cognitive difficulties**, such as **forgetfulness** and **mental fog**, could be indicative of various underlying factors. Here are some possibilities: 1. **Stress and Anxiety**: High stress levels or chronic anxiety can impair memory, focus, and decision-making. When the mind is overwhelmed, it becomes challenging to think clearly. 2. **Sleep Deprivation**: Lack of sufficient sleep affects cognitive function. Sleep is essential for memory consolidation and overall brain health. Chronic sleep deprivation can lead to forgetfulness and difficulty concentrating. 3. **Depression**: Depression often causes cognitive symptoms, including poor concentration, forgetfulness, and a feeling of mental slowness. It affects neurotransmitters in the brain. 4. **Nutritional Deficiencies**: Inadequate intake of essential nutrients (such as vitamin B12, folate, or omega-3 fatty acids) can impact cognitive abilities. 5. **Hormonal Imbalance**: Thyroid dysfunction, menopause, or other hormonal imbalances can affect memory and mental clarity. 6. **Medication Side Effects**: Certain medications may cause cognitive impairment as a side effect. 7. **Chronic Illness or Infections**: Conditions like diabetes, autoimmune diseases, or infections can impact brain function. 8. **Aging**: As we age, mild forgetfulness is common. However, severe memory loss may indicate a more serious issue. 9. **Neurological Disorders**: Alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia, or other neurodegenerative disorders affect memory and cognitive abilities. 10. **Substance Abuse**: Alcohol, drugs, or other substances can impair cognitive function. If you or someone you know experiences persistent cognitive difficulties, consider seeking medical advice to identify the underlying cause and explore appropriate interventions. Remember that early detection and management are crucial for maintaining brain health.
Akeeba please do not go out alone at 1am. It is just too dangerous no matter what type of neighborhood you live in.
Awesome advice and I pray that she takes heed.
I ❤ you Akeeba!!! 🙏🏾 Praying for your and Apewae's healing, in Jesus' name!!! Amen.
They better fear her. 😂😂😂 She's covered.
Try the tea's to help you sleep! No caffeine! ❤love❤
Thank youuuuu… I was about to say the same…. Like girl be careful what are you thinking???? 😳

Melatonin, and consider walking around the inside of your house when it’s this late at night ❤. Oh and try knitting or another hobby when you cannot sleep. Ever notice how tired you are when you are focused on a task? Sending positive energy your way
Your dog is adorable!!
This is so true! Sleep is a necessity not a luxury. When I decided to just sleep as long as my body needed the benefits carried over to all the areas of my life. Thank u for sharing ❤
Thank you for sharing. I thought I was the only one going through this. 🙏
Thank you! I haven’t heard of Milk Thistle, I’m definitely willing to try it!
Finishing the video now…
That’s so true
Suck that they’re putting these towers everywhere. How did you get rid of it?
Wow. I am so happy I found this, I have been having the same problems! My husband usually fills in the blanks for me. I will try to concentrate more on sleep. Thank you.
You are such an amazing mom. You deserve rest 🫶🏾💗
Praying for you too Akeeba!!🙏🏽
We all appreciate what you do for our community!
*Remember to go to bed this evening *AT 7PM*
Start winding down 30 mins before and stick to the plan of restoration.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE
Take as good care of yourself as possible Ms Akeeba
YOU DESERVE IT!!! ❤
We're all rooting for you and praying for you
Sending love from here the UK 🙏🏽💯❤️
This and wake up and go for a jog, take in sun etc
Magnesium oxide also excellence for sleep. I think better than the citrate. Morency Tart Cherry Juice will also help you sleep like a brick!
@@thebullockbunch224my doc prescribed magnesium oxide and it has helped with sleep, anxiety, heart palpitations and digestive issues.
Akeeba watch videos by Dr Peter Attia and he talks about magnesium threonate but it has to be the one that has magtein- any brand will do as long as it has magtein.
So glad it’s something that you can fix. Please find balance 💕 it’s hard

Thank you for sharing. I'm so happy your "why i started homeschooling" popped up on my feed! Your content is so informative☺️
Glad that you are doing, better. I also watch Dr. Bobby Price and he said “ fried foods, enriched foods, Coke 0 , energy drinks can be linked to dementia.
I’m so proud of you! Please take of yourself!!! It’s okay!!
I’m praying for you sweetie I am speaking healing over you and everything you have going on
Blessings to you sending prayers 🙏🏾😇🙏🏾😇🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾💙💙💙🤎👸🏾💪🏾stay strong in the Lord 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🙏🏾😇🙏🏾😇💙💙🫶🏾🫶🏾
Akeeba🩷 thank you for sharing! My sleep time changes. I am going to try to catch the first wave of sleep and go to sleep and see what it is like to get up before the sun gets up. 🌞✨
We have to take care of ourselves first because things will always be there…
I don’t sleep either and I thought maybe I had some sort of aphasia or something that was causing me to forget things and esp forget vocabulary.
Like Akeeba says, “I don’t know how but I know I must”… 🙏🏾
Try taking 200mg of Magnesium Glycinate after dinner. This has worked for me.
YOUR NERVES ARE TIRED AND OVER WORKED THATS WHY
YOU CANT SLEEP IT ALSO CAN BE STRESS....
Sorry you're going through this. Please take care of yourself 🙏🏽 ❤️
Yes, I was going to mention perimenopause. Even low iron can produce those symptoms.
Thank you soooo very much for sharing this video. It was EXTREMELY helpful!❤❤❤
If you can get someone to help with cleaning and shopping that can help alot. Please take care❤.
feel better. Praying for you
I have a lot of difficulty sleeping, and I've learned that you have to use multiple strategies.
I have had trouble sleeping since l was a teenager. I take meds, melatonin, sometimes it doesn’t work. It makes me so mad.
Akeeba, it maybe a hormonal imbalance. Have your vitamin D levels tested and then supplement. As a black person I adjusted my vitamin D levels and sleep well
During the pandemic that regiment also provided immunity fighting properties to what was going on around us. Now I take 10k iu of Vitamin D 3. Four times a week along with Vitamin K. I'd avoid sleep aids and cold medicines to get restful sleep
I didn't know I was vitamin d low super low and b vitamin and anemic
Sleep thing where you go to sleep and monitor sleep
You can't do everything you are hurting you body you may need to hire a cleaner or a nanny
Melatonin
There tea's that can help you sleep
Hi Akeeba please also try Magnesium L-Threonate take it 1 hr before bed everyday for 1 month you will feel so much better
I pray that you find peace joy and happiness. You are an amazing mama! Keep strong sister! We are all rooting for you ❤
I do appreciate this video. Lifestyle changes for me going forward.
I'm sorry that you are going through that, and I hope you get a consistent sleep schedule implemented to help you feel better and be at your best. Take care! Praying for you 🙏
Thanks for sharing. This was really helpful. 😊
Felt this so deep. So many mamas suffer in silence from this. I have many friends who think it is lingering “pregnancy brain”.
Sleep apnea. I was exhausted for years until my diagnosis. Thanks to my Resmed machine I enjoy 8 plus hours and I feel younger.
Pray for healing. ❤love❤ I'll pray for you as well.
You are not alone my husband and I suffer the same issue after C19 it's long haul. I find myself getting frustrated dealing with it too.
Hey akeeba thanks for sharing I'm going through the same thing so you're not alone
Take care my wonderful teacher that made me a good teacher for my kids♥
Omg! This happens to me a lot. I feel exhausted after having two under two babies. 😢
Yes, that’s hard. My girls were also 2 under two at the time. You should try a trial of 8 hours of sleep for two weeks. ❤️
Akeeba, Please go to the doctor there is something wrong. A complete physical examination is needed.I pray you get the help you need.
Me too, sweetie. I was diagnosed Graves Disease. Have you had Thyroid checked.. Extreme stress..
Go to the Memory Clinic
Hi ma’am, I know you want to be a great mum and provide for your babies and all but please you need to take care of yourself to be able to do this. Please take it easy. Slow down. Do what you can. You need to go on a vacation where you are doing nothing please, no chores, no TH-cam.. nothing. Get a companion….everyone needs somebody and please try and get enough sleep. Stay strong and I will pray for you as well. Sending you hugs 🤗
Sending prayers hugs and strength
That wild!! I make my child and kid go to bed at 7 pm every night!! Our bodies are so linked with nature!!
Have you tried melatonin supplements? Also you could try replenishing your natural melatonin with sunlight especially early morning sunlight, which helped me the past. Wishing you happy dreams😊.
Try a half a glass of tart cherry juice to help sleep.
Thank you so much for sharing. This is my daughter. I sent her this video. Maybe she’ll listen to you ❤❤
God bless you and your family ' God is a healer. Praying for you ❤
Dr. Matt Walker is a sleep expert at Berkley and has a book you might want to check out. I heard a fantastic interview he did on the Huberman Lab podcast
Thanks for sharing this ❤ I am struggling with this as well
Teddy is so cute❤I’m so sorry you are dealing with this. Ivy been having trouble with sleeping for years. I suffer from insomnia. My neurologist recommended me take melatonin, but I don’t want to take something to make me sleep. I’m just stuck right now.
Have you tried tart cherry? It's a natural melatonin.
Glad your able to get it resolved
Experiencing **cognitive difficulties**, such as **forgetfulness** and **mental fog**, could be indicative of various underlying factors. Here are some possibilities:
