This vieo is 6 years old and today nobody would buy a second hand vw scirocco, engine problems are to big and expensive to repair. The veloster have a very reliable engine so........Also the veloster have a 186HP turbo engine when you want more speed....very crappy reporter

Yeah.... he clearly didn't know what he was talking about, 138 bhp version, as most people reading this will know, is the naturally aspirated version, if he had taken that car up over 3000 rpm during this review, he would of realised his statement was wrong, I know that Hyundai's gamma 1.6 T - GDI has sufficient power when driven with a bit of conviction, it's definitely not in a category of slow 🐌 car's.

All scirrocos have huge engine problems....owners pay extremely high garage costs to get their engine repaired. the 1.4tsi, 1.2tsi and even the 2.0tsi are very bad engines once over 100.000 km....big joke, i prefer a veloster far over a scirocco.

Several videos from credible sources report this car doing an average of around 7.0 sec 0-60. Clearly you did not test this yourself. Delete this video and try again.
