This is probably the best push three video I’ve seen because you actually showed what was going on. You didn’t jump around and stuff was already created and you tell us what you done. You actually showed everything you did. Good job.

THIS RIGHT HERE is why I went crazy the past couple weeks finally finding a used Push. First time interested in a Push, wasn’t before but now it’s no hyperbole: GAMECHANGER and MPC killer. Sold both MPCs and an Elektron. This is the future. The perfect device.

Just posted a comment to address this but it will still be her studio. I’m basically letting her design a new setup that could work for both of us. She’s talked about wanting to switch things up lol

really relating to cats that rock with push 3 as a production tool and not a "performance" device-,, i think it's amazing for those who Do but,, my reason for getting the 2 was exactly what you said: a way to start the beat process, with less desktop distraction-- lists of samples & plugins-,, just kind of go at it on this initially - then migrate to desktop -- so thank you.. much appreciated,,- hot beat, by the way-,, sad but reflective vibes--
Man that push 3 is nice. I'm a hold off for now. Dad responsibilities but keep the vids coming. Im just getting used to workflow with the push 2 and my laptop coming from the old MPC 2000xl times.

I tested autowarp with push 2..It works too. except that simpler doesnt keeps the loop after converting, but it keeps the start looping position 1.1.1. but slicing in beats make the exact loop unnecessary.
Its the same with push 3 in controller mode. push 3 standalone keeps both (start and end position of the loop).
but is TOO easy now?
love the 64 sample drum kit. amazing what this thing can do vs other machines. basically feels unlimited -- as many samples as you want, slices as you want, instruments, steps, external instruments, effects... crazy.

Try messing with Fade In and Fade Out settings in Simpler to avoid clicks!

@@Radarssbm it’s slow in Standalone…some people said it took them 3 hours to complete the setup. Especially if you are using the Max For Live stuff. I was ok with the Battery life in standalone but man it has to be fast on loading plugins for $2000.

How integrated with Ableton on your computer is the Push 3?
If you make a change to your session on the Push, does it automatically populate on your Desktop session? And Vice versa?
Yeah it’s nice when it works, but half the time it gets the bpm wrong (either needs doubling/halfing, or is just off), and there are no manual controls on the push to fix it that I can find.

Not sure if I missed, was this stand alone only? If so, when I load certain packs, my push 3 crashes, is that a fix with later updates or a causality of war. Meaning bad push 3

I feel like the warp points are always a little too early, i can hear the clicks in the sample chops, maybe use the attack, but i guess you still have to do it yourself

Nah bro don’t do your fiancé like that. She should have her space and you yours, if you want a studio, make your own. Art studios require much more space and setup to function well than music ones. If she has a designated spot already, she should keep it! Especially when you aren’t even doing a non-incentivized review. From my experience, Push 3 takes longer than the Cold War to start up, it overheats, and there’s no arrangement mode (yet).
It will still be her art studio I just posted a comment addressing that. Push 3 does take time to start up and it gets hot but it’s still sick. I don’t think those things really take away from it much tbh
People got the weirdest reason to not like something. “It gets hot. It takes too long to start (30-45 Seconds)” wtf we talking about??? Music??

Ah, I figured it out. Not trying to be rude man, but you clearly cut because at the time of recording you also didn't know why nothing displayed. It would of been nice to mention that you had to hit the swap button again. (The up and down arrows next to the jog wheel)

Yo Dre. Did you ever figure out a workaround/fix for the soft crashing when loading samples in Ableton 11.3? I cant be the only one that's dealing with this
That hasn’t happened to me since the official update. It did happen when I was on the beta though
@@LDreTheGiant So far its triggered by loading any sample from the DAW browser onces its anylzed it just soft crashes for a few mins. nothing damaging but messing up workflows
Was expecting a much more in depth (and exciting) beat tbh.. That beat was pretty mid and the chopping wasn't anything any other sampler could do. Hoping you can come back with something that's showcases the Push3 a bit better. Have a good day.
