Agility Drills Post Knee Injury

  • In this video we demonstrate two different agility exercises that are fundamental to returning to sport after a knee injury.
    In the fist exercise you set up a box. Initially you will pre determine the order in which you complete this. You will then progress this drill by getting a partner to call out numbers so that you are unaware of the direction you will turn.
    In the second drill you add a game specific component for further preparation to play. From here you would then look to participate in game specific training drills.
