    Adoro fazer caminhada todos os dias de tardezinha . Só com a caminhada eu já perdi peso .

      Junia junia Há quatro meses comecei a correr, e venho percebendo que minha "pochete" kkkestá diminuindo e minhas pernas e glúteos engrossando. Aconteceu isso co vc???

      Isso deve ser o calçado q vc ta usando, comigo acontecia isso , troquei o calçado e melhorou bastante

      dá uma secada, pra definição você precisa fazer exercícios localizados
