    How did the couple qualify to purchase a new launch EC with $300k annual income? Isn’t there a cap on total household income.

      Bonuses not considered and self-employed haircut. SIA 8 -10month bonuses this year etc

    I don't understand why in and out every 3-4 years if buying resale ec or condo. it makes sense for new launch

Thats a great question🙏🏻 Ideally, as long as you have purchased into a good property, the optimal way to extract the growth and appreciation and move on to the next tier of property class is through this 3-4 years cycle strategy, basically it’s to leverage on the end of the SSD period of 3 years.       With the fluctuation in home prices, I wasn't sure how much my home was worth. I used Homer AI by Ohmyhome to get a free evaluation for my home and it was nice because I didn't need to talk to an agent. Can help if you are looking to sell or just to see how much the market has changed.
