If u already own condo and u inherited a HDB upon your parent passing , you can keep your condo and HDB. You don't need to sell condo to keep HDB , or vice versa
My wife has a house her mum gave her in Australia before we r married. My mother in law still alive, she gave my wife as my wife was alone in Australia for 17 years. She just gotten sg pr, Now we wan to buy hdb. Anyway we can do? Appeal?

Thought can inherit if the hdb is built pre 2010?
If currently own condo, can inherit non-subsidised hdb if purchased before that 2010 date. Better check with HDB.

there is one point which is wrong. Condo owners can inherit hdb provided he/she fulfilled certain eligibility conditions.
I think you need to check your statement that condo owner cannot inherit hdb from death of parent without paying Absd.
