I literally can’t turn the vesa mounts the correct direction they only line up diagonally which makes literally no sense. I even took the vesa mount off it comes with and there’s no way to rotate and it doesn’t even look like the one in the video. I ordered the Mountup mu0005

i’ve gotten three of these and all of them the up and and down is locked in the highest position
