I literally can’t turn the vesa mounts the correct direction they only line up diagonally which makes literally no sense. I even took the vesa mount off it comes with and there’s no way to rotate and it doesn’t even look like the one in the video. I ordered the Mountup mu0005
It contains a screw that is controlled according to the weight of the screen and contains the + and - sign to maintain its stability according to the user's desire
i’ve gotten three of these and all of them the up and and down is locked in the highest position
Loosen tension
How
Upper arm cap is covering the screw to increase or decrease the tension. How to open upper cap to see the screw?
It has clamp pieces that open and close by pressure
am I able to adjust one arm so that the monitor is directly on top of the bottom one?

How can you tighten the mount to make the monitors stand still?

has anyone tried mounting a 27 inch flat screen and 27 inch curved monitor with monitor arms? Thats what I have right now
I’m so confused on how make it into portrait mode?
The mount contains several joints, and the joint which is connected to the screen catcher is rotary
