    How much was the 2.5 acres land? How much did it cost to build this house? And if adding a swimming pool, how much typically does that run?

      *depends* is seriously the answer.

      You have to look on what area that has the land for sell. It’s taking about almost a year
      To break ground and permit . The closer you are to any city the $$ it is. This house is looks in the higher end/ upgrades. Beautiful 🥰. Pool are about 100k and a there’s waiting list due to being really busy. These are what we were told when looking to see what was best for us.

      2.5 ACRES FROM $200, IF YOU FIND SOMETHING CHEAPER BEWARE!!! DO A ENVIRONMENTAL SOIL TEST AS CHEAPER LOTS MEANS THERE MAY BE A PROBLEM WITH WETLANDS. BUILDING IN LOTS WITH WETLANDS IS SOMETIME COSTLY.

    Never go quartz. It can not take the heat of a pan out of the oven or off the stove

      However, Granite stains!

    • @Bward216
      @Bward216 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@garret930 not really at all. Grante is actually known for being stain resistant. Marble however is prone to stains. Especially if it isnt maintained and sealed.
      Quartz is an engineered slab that probably is fractions less to make which means larger profit margins which is why it is being pushed and so "trendy". Dont buy it

    • @garret930
      @garret930 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Bward216 Good point about Marble. I read somewhere that Granite can stain too. However, I think people are buying quartz because there is a wider variety of color options since it’s not a rock. Granite has way less colors. Marble of course has the most unique color options but way more expensive

      Quartz is the choice of top decorators/designers, and you'll see it almost always in various decorating magazines. If quartz was that much of a problem...it would have fallen out of favor years ago.

      Could be more depending on how far west they are in the Estates. If this house sits just 5 min closer to the beach on the Far south East side of the estates, you’re looking at at least $900k for 2.5 acres, >2000sqft

    For the price range of this home, this home should have a pool. It is FLORIDA, this home needs a pool . I think this builder should put pools in.

    • @bibiancheng
      @bibiancheng 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Why people kept saying that? Not EVERYONE wants a pool, people who ACTUALLY LIVE in Florida knows it’s a pain and money to maintain a pool of chlorine water in your patio: the pool guy visit every week, the change of pump/filter, the heater going wrong, the worrying of kids falling into water, the worrying of myself falling into water. And it’s like a bounce house that you only use for party and stuff, so it doesn’t make sense to have it stay right next to patio being maintained ALL the time.
      Coming from California, I heard stories about people filling up their pools for more space and less worries and expense. Pool is no longer a “statement” thing like in the 90s, there are other ways to show that you have a good life.
      if you think the price is too high, simply say that.

    • @garret930
      @garret930 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Pools increase the cost of a home from 500s to mid 600s-700s real quick. You’re now talking about a much larger lanai, screen cage size increases dramatically, much more tile. Pools in FL don’t sit outside in the back yard like they do up north. >95% are in a lanai to protect against bugs

    • @mstyles2667
      @mstyles2667 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      They are saying out here in Golden Gate Estates where this house in, not even close to downtown Naples, the time frame for a pool is 1 to 2 years. So people are not waiting for that pool, they are moving it and putting in above ground pools. Also the houses out here are already ridiculously overpriced. Golden Gate Estates sucks.
