    The BEST decision my husband and I ever made was moving to Naples FL from NJ. Thank God we came in 2018 because what we paid for our gated community house then is what people pay for condos now. We have a gorgeous lake view in North Naples, amenities, so many restaurants to choose from (In NJ where we live we just had 2 diners) and a social life we never had up North. It truly is Paradise and being 15 minutes from the beach is amazing. My husband and I still pinch ourselves. We LOVE Naples and if you like sunny weather, friendly people, active lifestyle and relaxing at the same time...Naples is for you. AND the NO STATE income tax! But keep voting RED for that! In NJ our property taxes were RIDICULOUS. Good luck.

      You’re welcome. The new homes generally had very limited damage from wind.

      It’s kinda ghetto though, you can’t compare that to Naples.

    lots of jobs in Healthcare, but unfortunately the pay is crap, and the cost of living is REALLY HIGH, so most of us live in Fort myers, Cape Coral or other areas and drive there. Which SUCKS in season. If you are a rich snowbird or business owner, its paradise.

    I think it is still possible to build a little ways out from the city at an affordable price. And property taxes are lower than Lee county. I think this was a good video. Well delivered.

    Nice beaches - downtown - shopping - negative is COST - traffic /crazy drivers - 98% of golf is private - at times the NY attitude

      The median price of a single family home is getting there. You can find much more affordable condos.

    it's 95 degrees in May

    • @MB031
      @MB031 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Apr-May is the worse, because it's extremely dry and the sun is high, feels like desert 120F. June-Aug is "cooler" 90F average, but sticky humid, because of raining season.Sep-Nov mild heat and most hurricanes.Dec-Mar is the best weather, lots of cold fronts and humidity is low temps vary from 30F-75F during winter in Naples and mostly sunny ! rich snowbirds paradise 😀

    Naples is great only if you are retired , healthy and loaded with $$ ! Otherwise it sucks, pretty much boring, low pay and very expensive living ! And the beaches ??! Took hard hit after latest hurricane (destroyed),few times a year red tide, nowhere to park, water is 90F over the summer(too shallow), no buffets, no food, no drinks and looks like you are in Cuba or Venezuela 😀Naples has changed !

    South New York is a better name for the area of filthy beaches.
