[RELOADED_REMIXED] Chapter 17: A death wish!

Reloaded Remixed is a fan edit combining elements of "The Matrix Reloaded", "The Animatrix" animated shorts, and the "Enter the Matrix" video game. The goal is to create a 2 hour film which is a tribute to the original work while presenting something completely new.
I wanted to create the impression that we, the audience, were receiving cross-chatter from the operators of both ships were commenting on the same incident. In the original film as the chase ended it almost immediately went into the plot to reach the source. In the game there are more scenes anticipating the counter-attack strategy. One of my particularly favorite scenes is one where Sparks argues against assisting Morpheus. The actor, Lachy Hulm, goes through the five stages of grief (fear, anger, resentment, bargaining, and acceptance) in the span of one minute. In a movie where everybody is deadly serious and portentous, Sparks provides an entrance point for the audience as he is the only person who reacts with cynicism and disbelief towards everything.
