Video well done! I had wondered how/where to do the carry concealed thing while kayaking. Easy solution! I like all the pockets and gadgets. We girls also have chest measurements to deal with.. some more than others, of course. And bulky clothing is always a factor! Thank you for posting this. The more we know, the more we can make informed decisions :-)
This is an old comment but this is exactly why I'm getting this pfd. I wonder if he could get a seamstress to increase the length on his sides. I'm trying to figure out the necessary things to add to my fishing kayak. Nice to know my S&W M&P will fit nice and securely in the front, especially in these crazy times.

Not only did they exchange it, they also had me printout a UPS shipping label to send it to them. Wow, that is some great customer service and I agree they have some great products. Love my Chinook!

Great review I'm also around 305-310 most days and my PFD is adjusted all the way out also.......I agree mine is not very comfortable when I sit down in my Kayak. Thanks for weight reviews on several Yaks as well. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Almost went with Stohlquist brand then found NRS, fit a little better than yours. Stohlquist was slightly bigger size but was harder to adjust the pockets weren’t as useful.

Just different. The difference is you have to wear an auto-inflate and this I can bungee to the deck. Honestly I wear this in the winter and in fast water environments and lazy summer fish floats its strapped to the deck or sitting behind my chair. My wife has a waist inflatable for summer and just doesn't go when it's cold.
If it's just the straps being the issue maybe take it to a tack shop (horses) or a tent and awning shop that can sew extensions or complete rebuild. Losing weight would be another thought...and cheaper.
I like the halfback in the heat so my lower back is directly against my seat back instead of pressing against the inside of the jacket. Obviously no jacket is fun in the heat, but this is the best one I've found for that.

Looks great, just needs broke in. Wear it to the bar this weekend. Buy a bigger parka and just wear it over the PFD

Dude, just cut the side straps in half, get some more from flippin' Dome Depot or somenthing.. and sew them on .. just extend them .. job done! ;)
I was going to say the same thing. You dont even need to sew. Just buy some H buckles and webbing. And just extend the straps

How is it in the hot weather? I’m built like you, just shorter and tend to overheat.
