सर मेरी शादी(गौना)15 साल की उम्र मे कर दी अब मेरी उम्र 21 साल है तो वो विवाह के लिए दबाव बना रहे है जो मे नही करना चाहता तो क्या बिना कोर्ट जाये affidavit से काम हो सकता है
क्योंकि मेरी शादी बचपन मे हुई बाल विवाह हुआ उसके बाद विवाह होना बाकि है

If in a void marriage wife can't claim maintenance then are there any other provisions in hindu marriage act or any other act of india where a second wife out of a bigamous marriage as defined in sec 5 (1) can claim alimony or mainteinence .
