The way you taught is totally beyond what is excepted by teacher who teaches in College, although we and many of us May be any professional course student. But in practical subjects like chemistry, physics where we definitely need that kind of teaching circle where we can gain practical knowledge of it by physically learning it. Same is for these law subjects as constitution is partially can be Said as only of bookish knowledge is concerned but its shows laws of country and society, we May only go through different books of it but when we read it complimentary with other legal subjects like family law,cr.p.c so we definitely read a silent environment for studying mostly understanding it rather than only getting attached with bookish language. Family law is a very vast subject it definitely needs that physical surrounding where we are dealing with a particular case,so we can easily find it's real cause and conclusion at the end. These type of serious subjects will be very much effective when any Person from legal background argues in that way in a family court, their only we can more easily get knowledge of that particular act and law. Like yg law teaches it with such well structure manner is totally incredible, and we understand it more perfectly. Some society based issues if we just restrain it till pages of books so we can't have substantial knowledge of it. I truely appreciate the endeavour of yg sir in teaching it like way we comes up,I as law student obedience such elephantile experienced teachers. Thanks very much

If age of bridegroom or bride is not complete as in section 5 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955
then the marriage is valid not voidable or void
read section 5 with section 12
    so amend your video........

As this video is from 3 years ago, now some new judgments have come regarding the essentiality of the saptapadi ceremony.
The Allahabad High Court recently ruled that Saptapadi (saat phere) is an essential requirement for solemnization of a valid marriage under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 [Smriti Singh & Ors v. State & Ors].
The Madhya Pradesh High Court has observed that in Hindu law, marriage is not a contract and unless and until Saptapadi is performed, there cannot be said to be a valid marriage.

    Sapinda is very well explained.
However I would draw your attention towards one more technicality that the Person P (1st Generation) is also ascendant of his 4 Generation below. Hence Sapinda gets applied automatically to decendant Generation also.

Sapindas relationship: with reference to any person extends as far as the third generation (inclusive) in line of ascent through the mother, and the fifth (inclusive) in the line of ascent through the father, the line being traced upwards in each case from the person concerned, who is counted as the first generation and two persons are said to be *sapindas* of each other if one is a lineal ascendant (i.e Great Grand Father, Grand Father, Father) of the within the limits of sapindas relationship, or if they have a common lineal ascendant who is within the limits of sapindas relationship with reference to each of them.
