what is difference between right by birth and right by inheritance?
I think 1 point is a bit mistake or I have got confused where u said A Daughter has no inheritance to the property in Mitakshara School but According to the Hindu Seccession Act, 2005, the daughter of a Coparcener is also a Coparcener.. Plzzz Correct me if I m wrong
Yes act 2005 daughter is not a coparcener but she is eligible to get her share after partition
