Sir may i ask when we sleep in peace without dream, and when we open eye and suddenly its already in the morning, that's feel like i never exist in that amount of time of sleeping(is that nibbana in shorter version as example) and imagine i never wake up again like i just in the timeline of my sleeping forever without feeling anything without dream just like vanish , is that nibbana? Dear friend, I am very glad to hear that you had such a peaceful and deep sleep. Many people wish they could easily take a nap or have a restful sleep like that. Unfortunately for them, whether due to a lack of meditation practice or other reasons, they struggle to achieve good quality sleep. Therefore, we recognize that you are diligently practicing the Buddha's teachings every day. However, your current state is not Nirvana, as Nirvana is when the mind is still active, and thought processes continue to arise, yet all defilements are quieted, allowing one who has attained Nirvana to feel true peace. Your current state occurs only when you are sleeping. Because you practice the Buddha's teachings daily, you have managed to achieve a deep sleep to some extent. During that time, your consciousness enters a state of rest, and only then do the defilements settle. However, when you wake up, your mental state changes again.
