If you know yourself then you're already dismissed of entering in so many problematic situations, when you know yourself and do not be manipulated by outside circurstamces you put problems and negativity away from you get the lemons and make with them a pie, a cake a juice ? 😊

Selfishness comes with attachment/desire. Self love is when you’re kind to yourself. Mainly in accepting your faults but trying to rectify them. Being mindful about your well-being. It won’t hurt anybody else.
