The commitment to learning and tutorials that Sidefx has is completely unparalleled IMHO - there's literally too much content. I freaking love this software.

Dear SideFX, appreciate all the effort you are putting in getting people aware of vellum but seriously, please have Jeff Wagner or John Lynch do a slightly project based workshop on H17 RBD tool updates. Yes, I have seen Cameron White's masterclass, Mark Spevick's brick smash and Fuat Yuksel workshop as well. I'd still want Wagner doing a detailed "Lets Learn" style video. Thanks!

I appreciate it so much. The amount of stuff about vellum that you guys are producing is mindblowing. I wish every cg oriented company would do it ^^

Nice, thanks for the tuts! I wouldnt mind paying for the courses, if it meant more tutorials and faster uploads. Like 10-50 dlls a month. Love your app. Thanks for the free courses!

His name is John Moncrief. You can just open the link with the scene files and from there you will be able to visit his account and his other tutorials.

Throughout, references are continually made to other courses to follow but in more detail. Anyone know where these might be?

Is it possible to do something like a vellum hard-body? I had this case where I wanted to attach a hard object to a soft (vellum) hose and the two were supposed to affect each other (and collide against static geo). Or, as another example, how would you sim a cloth shirt with (big) buttons.

Unfortunately None, yet. With the exception of using high stiffness in vellum, for actual SBD/RBD collisions you'd still have to go back to old FEM stuff.
