RE recommends that you must get your bike's tappets adjusted in every service.. I think this should be mandatory, it's just a check, if there's any deviation from standard then it'll be adjusted..
Congratulations! Yes that's a major issue, i would suggest for way2speed tubeless conversion kit or outex conversion kit. There are some after market alloys but I haven't heard reviews about them

He said we will do it when tappet noise comes from it, else valve clearance is no need . I don’t know whether to insist him to do it in my next service. I own an interceptor baker express model.

Issue is not with your engine oil it was of tappet .... motul is a big brand there oil are very good in quality....

Not frequently adjustment is not that precise but , after effect is depend on the mechanic proper tool ( good quality feeler gauge ) .

Write to RE about it, honestly I'm unable to get the problem, write to them then they can provide you best mechanic to work on your bike
