@ 4:08 -- I keep a whole mess of belts behind the driver's side seat on my Express -- all held together with the HUSKY "Hang All's" from Home Depot.
I separate them by A's and B's and hang the B's (fewer belts) from the Bulkhead, and the A's (TONS) sit down at floor level behind the seat.
Great way to utilize some dead space....but easy to flip the seat forward on a call to grab the A's or B's when needed.
Generally they are all leftovers from Maintenances -- so they end up being the 'common sizes' I use to get me out of a bind when it's a customer we haven't been to that year to replace the belt and leave a fresh spare.

Anytime I do a complete overhaul on my transit, since I just got it and I’m still making it all fit just right, I’m out till midnight in the yard dealing with it 🥴 it takes time to do it right. Thanks for the inspiration.

I've been working out of the regular size vans for 30 years now and I work on so much different stuff now I have one set of shelves for parts and it's not enough but I make do with it the rest is tools I work on heat and air units residential but some commercial I do alot of gas piping and repair water heater and stand by generator the HVAC survival channel shows alot of videos for the generator because nobody works on them I do appliance fire places grills restaurant cookers and ventilation system even boilers so the amount of tools I have to have is amazing I'm the only one where I work that is so versatile I told them I was going to quit just playing but they took it seriously and had a big meeting to offer me more money to stay lol years of experience does pay off thanks for your videos

You should get a foldable wagon with bigger wheels fits just like that and can roll it anywhere

I put my recovery tank inside milk carton and torch kit on top of that.. where your torch kit is now
This build looks more like a PM set up than a full-on service van. Still good job. Like seeing clean vans

Thanks for the reply man. Hey, my life is a mess when my van is a mess never let somebody else put tools back in your van for you. I have yet to take them off the floor and put them back where they belong and now it’s just becoming a disaster. I kind of want to get rid of a bunch of the shelves I have and utilize this pack up system more

Something that helps me I found a full size wagon that folds up I can put everything in it and make one trip instead of multiple trips to change compressor or entire units

Too me that is the best service van I have seen on TH-cam so far!! Im a hvac installer 9 years into it. Most of me wants to try service but my current company isn’t interested in letting installers go to service. My plan as of now is to try to get my hvac license and tell them put me in service or I’ll go to another hvac that’s just a minute down the street. Do you not carry much parts on your van? Subscribing now I enjoy your videos!! Thanks for posting them and taking time to record!!

Appreciate that very much, means a lot to me. My stock is based on our type of work, running just a few calls a day I can get away with carrying 2 of most commonly used parts. Several supply houses are on my routes so it's easy to restock and we're a small business.

I believe refrigeration technologies has a soldering blanket that you can actually soak with water to help it from burning up

I’ve used the Rock-N-Roller R2RT as my cart it’s very versatile. It’s a dj cart but great for hvac there are different sizes and compact

I'm not rich by any means but I'm well off in my area. It's a low cost of living here so I can't over price things but that also means I live comfortably.
Plus I choose free time with my family over the big bucks, at least for now.

Yup, helps me work quicker and in my opinion no worries about finding what I need definitely goes a long way. And nothing is too difficult to put back in it's place. I'm a little less frustrated now a days 😅 things people probably don't think about
