Nice setup. Nothing like a organized truck!
That organization would last about 2 jobs in my truck; then I’d be pulling my hair out trying to clean it up again 😂
The production quality recently is very impressive. More commercial content please, as a commercial tech, I find residential videos boring but I still watch for the quality. Nice truck man!
I noticed the production right away. Didn’t even waste 20 seconds and got right to the point of the video, love when creators do that.
Most organized work van ive ever seen lol very sick set up, makes it so much easier to find what your looking for when its organized
Excellent job organizing your truck! I really liked the fact that you placed value on keeping empty space. That is something most people overlook
It is cool to see all your tool. Been in the trade 27 years but the past 15 has been in controls. I don’t get to see all the service tools as my main tool now is my computer. Love what you are doing.
I really like the design looks like its not too hard to maintain because its well thought out
You are the most organized person/tech that I have seen. Perfection !!!
You are living the dream, I wish I could have a setup like that. Love it!
Love the van setup! Nothing like an organized van. Only question I have is, where do you keep motors and bigger parts stock?
My guy that is a clean and organized van!!! I am definitely gonna take notes for our techs 😆
That van is way too nice and new for me. I like struggling to get and find what I need out of my truck.
Nice setup - clean & organized 👍🏻
I would honestly like to see the 1hr long version this is 🔥🔥🔥motivation 🙏🏿
I’m glad I watched this. I was about to order a different set up but I think I ll switch it. I use my van also to do installs. Thanks. Good job
Great storage is so important.good job Zack
Man I could never be that organized! But I love it! Great job man
you never will
Just got me a 23 transit mid height, outfitted with ranger design as well. I put the legend floor in with diamond plate trim. Absolutely love it. Now i just have to letter it up and fill it.
Hey man great video. Just commenting for the algorithm thanks for sharing all your knowledge with us.
Very nice set up for sure! Cheers from NW Arkansas, soon to be back home in Texas 👍🏻
One more thing : those tracks on the floor reminds me of the ones that cargo planes already have. It should be more availability to cargo van owners to access those tracks but they are hard to find. And when you do, that are outrageously expensive.
Man I love the way you have your rig setup! Gonna have to do some reconfiguring on mine now!
These vans are the best for setting up into, I just like that you can stand in it.... I have one and set it up myself sweet van
Good job as usual
Super organized and well prepared
Super nice !!!! Everything organized as usual . Wow …tons of dollars invested in your van keep the doors locked 😎
Never seen your setup but mine is very similar. My shop vac is a corded Ridgid that takes up the same footprint.
The transfer pump idea was really smart I’ll definitely add that into my set up.
Thanks for sharing man
Vato Eres buenisimo asiendo TU trabajo bro. Todo trabajo empieza por la organizacion y ESO Trae exelente s resultados en Todos Tus TRABAJOS.
FROM HOUSTON
Sick setup!
Awesome! Great set up! I’m jealous!
Very very nice set up man.
Man! I can't keep a tackle box organized!😂
This is awesome. Vans are the best haha!
Nice set up, I run a Nissan high roof too, has been a great van for me.
I don’t know how on earth you run a business, have a multiple kids, handle all your calls and installs and keep a van looking like that lol
Hey mate, great setup! Really well thought out.
One suggestion, have you thought of setting up a suspension bracket system internally to hold the ladders? Instead of having the extensions which are longer by default, swap out to an A frame which folds out into a straight single sided ladder? Sa a -6 or 7 foot which obviously flips out to 12-13?
That way it’s easier to grab and you don’t have all the drag up on rhe roof? Also makes it easier to park in lower underground carparks etc?
Otherwise sweet as!
wow very nice set up for things organize,
Really appreciate the magnetic umbrella idea being a mobile mechanic I’ve been looking for solutions to beat the heat I might have to run one with a microfiber to protect customers paint
That's great VAN!
Super neat idea 💡 make sure you have a fire extinguisher 🧯 too and first aide ..
Great van layout, great information for someone starting in the industry
Geeze thats a nice setup
Nice truck man
Sweet setup
On the Cool Compressor. What I’ve done was put a valve on it. So I can control the water flow at the tool. Be well.
now all we need to get from you is an apparel video!!
very nice!
excellent thanks!
😮😮😮 GENIAL 👌. Saludos BR
Bro I thought my van was well organized. But you may have me beat. Very nice.
please make a video on what you have in the milwaukee packout boxes and also the tower shelves boxes as well please
Flawless! Good job man.
Very nice setup!!! Love all the Milwaukee tools and pack outs. What about the front can of your van? Any special organization or setups you got going on? Very curious. Nice van!!!
Nice van setup! Can you do a shop walkthrough. I think the last one you did the building wasn’t complete. Take care!
I have been following your videos for a while, but you might still want to look at passive ventilation in the roof of your commercial vehicle given your refrigerants and nitrogen. So if it leaks it can escape.
Greetings from a mechanic from the Netherlands.
You say all you like is red and black, but I see some yellow in that van, I think all you need is a DeWalt impact driver or sawsall.
The best
What do u keep inside those fittings and parts boxes ? Like do u have a breakdown video of what’s inside ?
Nice set up very organized for every service call. How much was that tool box
Genius

Nice 🔧 set-up. Does that Nissan come in AWD?
hell yeah
Have you done a video on the Hilmore line set cleaner ? I bought one but skeptical of using the pigs. Let me know when you think.
👍 nice
I haven’t seen the floor of my van in three months
Nice setup!
Are you running solo again? Haven’t seen Trevor in a minute.
I pretty much just ordered the exact same setup. Regarding the refrigerant tank rank they come with a 3 stack or 5 stack that holds 30lbs tanks and 50lbs tanks. Which size does your hold in the video?
Very well organized what’s the total cost on fitting this truck for all your tools and etc???
got a link to the magnets you like to use? like the ones for your torches?
I just need that sliding tool box.
Question!
Do you know if exist a Part list and tool list what a HVAC shoul be have in a Truck?
🔥🔥🔥🔥
take the ladder off and put another shelf... You need PARTS! control boards, contactors, motors, transformers, relays, hard start kits, thermostats, Txvs, temperature controls, thermostat wires, low/high pressure switches extra nitrogen tanks, back up O/A tanks, 2" pipes, gas pipe fittings, You still need a lot more for that van to be efficient! And grab a bucket of dirt and grease and rub it on your tools. Make it look like you actually use your tools.
He doesn't need to have the van layout to your liking. He's been in hvac over 10 years and knows what works for him
@@JonathanGarcia-ve8kk it's not to my liking. It's a SUGGESTION. You need parts! You Need to be a supply-house on wheels!
We would like to know each specific part or tool in each box
Do you use the m12 vacuum to clear drain lines
What do you do for rubbish/garbage?
Please let us know your method thanks
Thanks for giving us the tour! Your rig is slick. I’m decking out my 12’ enclosed trailer right now. This has given me some ideas 😊 I think Milwaukee should just make a packout van 🤣🤣🤣
I did my last van in Packout with the wall plates and shelves. It worked okay but Packout cabinets and drawers aren't sturdy enough for van storage and they squeak and bounce like crazy. My newest van I went back to metal shelves.
I like it a lot, the only things that concerns me is the van’s balance. It seems that all the weigh is on one side of the van.
Where do you keep your batteries?
Do you carry contractors? Transformers? Relays? Motors etc? I didn’t see any or maybe I missed it.
Where did you get the tool box from what model is it?
By chance do you know of an app just for refrigeration
Where'd you get those magnets?
Hello! I am your fan and I want to buy Ranger Design Aluminum Tool Drawer for Cargo Vans (48 x 14 x 16 in) on the website you recommend. Do you have a coupon? Thank you!
Nice set-up. Be thankful that you’re not operating anywhere in NYC because it’d be gone in 10 seconds or the contents sold on the street for crack.
😂😂😂😂
What kind of tool bag is that? Thanks!
How are you still liking the van? Any changes?
Very nice, organized and professional looking setup! Only knock I have is the RLS press fitting garbage. I’ve been flowing nitrogen and brazing for 20 plus years and I don’t plan on stopping now. I will never trust an o-ring like I do a properly brazed joint. To each their own but it’s not for me and I will never use it. Also, it’s not like you can use it to change compressors, reversing valves, TXVs etc., so if you still have to carry a torch just use the torch for everything.
Well said and I agree.
Im curious to know how much you invested in your truck?
whats your current boot and pant go to?
I like the organization. Excellent set up! Could you be this organized if you added another service and install type to what you already do? Like hydronic systems with oil or gas burners?
I notice, you carry more tools/hardware than you do actual parts and items? I’m over loaded with controls and valves and fittings and everything from A-Z. Which leaves me barely any room to be that organized with tools, etc.
Anyone know what I can do? Should I seriously carry less to keep the van more simple and organized? Maybe do the seasonal swap of items, that’s a good idea. Most my items stay on the truck for a year before I even use them.
Buckle down and really keep track of what you use, how often and try not to overstock yourself. If you gotta make a spreadsheet, do it. You'll probably find that you're wasting a ton of space stocking multiples that you dont necessarily need and depending on how often you go to the supply house, you could justify cutting a bunch of extra stock out.
Excellent advice, thanks man! Will definitely consider trying this
Ya need both tools and parts, that why I drive step vans loaded to the gills and easy to climb into. Yup bad mileage but a lot cheaper than trips back and forth.
I think the Milwaukee obsession has far surpassed efficiency here. There’s nothing you can reach, everything is in a closed box
Hater!!!! Written all over ….
this is called being efficient awesome truck and nice set up🔥🔥🔥🔥
I won't place any nitrogen or burning rig on the rear, because if you get rear ended u become a rolling sparkler.
Nitrogen is an inert, non combustible gas. Are you concerned about the rocket hazard if the valve head is sheared off?
Great setup and inspiration to most of us. Did not see any extra securement systems in the doors. I presume you garage that at night for security. I wouldn’t park it out of sight of my work site without securement. If the crack heads figure out how much Freon is worth these days they will really be our junk.
Where’s the fan motors ?
What brand are the yellow and black storage containers on the tower?
Made by ranger design
Please show me that transfer pump
bad ass setup
Where your filters are?
I’m surprised you only carry one recovery cylinder?
