Lexi, your "new" van reflects just how professional as an electrician you are. After watching almost all of your videos, you are absolutely next level. Your knowledge of electricity and understanding how things work is just mind blowing. The minute they would ask me to dig a ditch to run conduit for 440 I would be done.
Milwaukee and Supply House couldn’t buy better advertisement during the Super Bowl than this video. I’m in the market for new tools and I think I’ll go with Milwaukee M12s because that’s what the pros like you use. Awesome video. 👍
Your van turned out really nice. My van is tall and I put the Milwaukee locker it there with lot of pack outs. One quick suggestion, ever thought about getting rid of all those chargers and getting the m18/m12 rapid bay charging station? It will open the shelf up for more storage.
Those riv-nuts are awesome and solid mounting points. I would recommend a cargo net or maybe just some quick spring latch tie down straps on those open shelves.
That is a great setup. Much better than piling it all in the '62 Chevy panel truck I started out in as an apprentice in 1968! That was a long day, you look like you could use a cold one!
I like the layout looks great! I recently got three bucket bags. I use them constantly to pull tools and material. I tend not to lose things because everything kept in the bag as I move. Then it can be sorted back to its place in the truck at end of the day. I use them for lift work also. I like that they collapse when not needed. That seems to never happen. My truck has hooks on the rail like in your truck that they hang on nicely. I always wish we could get the ladders inside stowed a different way to get to things better. They are always in the way until you get the truck opened up for the day. Nice clean truck a lot easier to work out of. Great job.
I just spent 5 hours doing the same thing to my work truck. Packout is the only reason I'm somewhat organized. I also use those same ladders they are super convenient. The clicking on the bottom step took a sec to get used to thought! you set up is nice!!!
I hated moving vans. The company I worked for never gave us enough time to move and to organize our equipment. Unfortunately, I am no longer with them and all my tool are stuffed in my garage. That will be a project for the winter here in North Mississippi. Van looks great enjoy your new setup.
Might be worth running a brace from the bottom strut to the middle strut at the mid point. Looks like there wasn’t an anchor point for the middle strut to hit but there was on the bottom strut? That would give the middle strut support so it can’t sag.
Literally just reminded me that I had to order some solder on supplyhouse 😂. I just recently picked up some more tough system drawers so I took your video as a challenge to finally get it set up in my tiny NV200. Looks great!
Love organizing. When I buy a house the garage gets fitted out first, then I address the rest of the property. When I buy a truck, I line out al the tool storage before it has ten miles on the odometer. Point being, when your shit is organized you are wicked efficient with lower stress levels. I tell people all the time... you are going to think I'm slow coming out of the gate. While other people start without a plan. I start with a plan. Doing re-work sure looks busy but somebody pays for it one way or another. I've kept a P-Touch on hand for decades. Just make sure to use the commercial adhesive versions. Crooked labels and at different heights wouldn't last long around me. Adjustable square to set the application height on your rails.
Amazing job with limited space, can never have too many tools, fortunately as a mechanic I have a giant tool chest but unfortunately its hella unorganized, hope I can get cleaned up like yours!
For the bottom of your shelves you should get some of those rubber drawer mats. It will stop all of the rattling sounds and also stop things from sliding around on the shelves
Wow great job two suggestions one use velcro tape on your chargers and selves to hold in place and two use bungee cords across your selves to hold stuff from falling out like how u set it up
Almost 100% now. Suggestion would maybe be a side of the van mount for ladders? I mean it shouldn't be a worry on drivers side and if you keep en low enough they aren't in the way of the mirror 🤷🏻♂️. Idk I'm a heavy equipment mechanic for underground equipment, I'm as clueless as it can get with that van life 😅.
Looks real good! I reorganized my tools last year and couldn't find anything.😂 If you walk around in Phoenix in sox in the summer you'll have severe burns on your feet in no time. We do stuff like this in January here.
As a fellow electrician who also operates out of a work vehicle, I believe there is no real need for PV on the vehicle for cordless tool charging. The vehicle itself has a pretty robust charging system and battery to work with. You will find using a 12v charger for your cordless tools in the regular 12v power socket provided by the manufacturer to be sufficient.
Nice organization of your tools! But just something that you need to think about is the GVW of your work van plus all your tools so that you are safe driving around to work and not overloaded. Been in the industry for 30+ years and had to go up in truck size to make sure I wasn’t overloaded
My only thought is just making sure your safety equipment that you use on every job isn’t blocked by tools that you may not use on every job like a ladder. That way you don’t have unnecessary moving things around, or the temptation not to get the things you really need. I find myself always trying to make it easier to get the everyday stuff for myself.
Definitely a better and more efficient set up. Only issue for me, been in the trade for so long that seeing 2 different color pack outs inside the van looks like ivory switches or receptacles and white switches or receptacles on the same wall or 5000k and 2700k lamps in the same fixture. lol
It’s amazing the amount of crap we can fit in our vans/trucks! 😂 my luck I would be one speed bump away from losing my mind if it all came crashing down!😂💀 Jealous as hell , looks awesome
Looks good but don’t think those pack outs will take the rough roads where you live. They need more support I think out on the ends. Time will tell Like your content
Do you remove the packout with the drawers before you use them or did you end up moving those packouts with the drawers to the bottom so you can actually use them without removing them? Jw lol I use the same ones in my van but they never leave the van so I made them as easily accessible without having to even get into the van.
Just curious about the stability of those shelves. Do you have any issues with supplies and tools jumping out of the shelf when you hit a bump in the road?
As an electrician, I personally dont see the pack-out shelving a better solution than standard shelves. They are a little over-rated , honestly. But never the less a great set up!
This is when you start finding those tools that you've been looking for for a long time that you haven't seen
Finish carpenter here, this perfectly explains why I have 25+ tape measures 🤦😂
@@DGALVIN45 I seem to have the same problem
Or last week's lunch that you forgot about.
Container homes built one ... Heard about it 2016 Spain magazine
You need to get a van you can stand up in. Trust and believe.
I would love to as well but I need to be able to fit this little bitch in my bitch sized garage 😢
The best part is when you labeled everything! So you know right where the home for everything is. Love it!

We are all jealous of your awesome setup, Lexi! This will make your work days so much better.
Looks amazing the set up is very nice and clean too

Just about every one of your videos makes me want to be an electrician. I’m too old to start that path now but I still love watching your content.

Looks great!! Awesome job!!! Sure hope you got a top notch security system on that truck!!!👍
This, thieves just love tradesman vans.

Damn that looks good she did a really good job
Nice setup. It's similar to how I have my service van setup for doing rv service calls.
I just spent 5 hours doing the same thing to my work truck. Packout is the only reason I'm somewhat organized. I also use those same ladders they are super convenient. The clicking on the bottom step took a sec to get used to thought! you set up is nice!!!
Nicely organized for sure.

Awesome job well done!!
The van turned out nice. Good Job
Nicely done!!
I hate van clean up day, but love them because I find all the missing stuff.
Lexi, That looks like a great practical layout! I think I keep Brady & Brother in business for all the labels I use! 🤣🤣🤣 All the best to you! 😍
Amazing job with limited space, can never have too many tools, fortunately as a mechanic I have a giant tool chest but unfortunately its hella unorganized, hope I can get cleaned up like yours!
Awesome job- organization = less frustration
Cut rubber backed carpet tile for inside shelves. Best/easiest thing I ever did for noise reduction and helps keep shit in place.
i was literally thinking you should label the shelves and boxes, and last minute of the video you are doing so, good job :) haha
Great set up! 💪🏽👊🏽Milwaukee packout is the way the go!
Awesome setup
That's a big endeavor!
Awesome awesome van remodel Lex, so organized n deadly you did a fire job 👏👏 I was suprised you don't have a milwaukee strut shear in your arsenal
For the bottom of your shelves you should get some of those rubber drawer mats. It will stop all of the rattling sounds and also stop things from sliding around on the shelves
Jeez your going to make me start talking like I was on sites again:) Nice build!

Great video.Thank you for sharing
Looks more spacious and neat(organized)
You are a boss!
Awesome, Maybe a non-slip mat for batteries, and I think that wall needs a center brace. Well done!!
Looks real good! I reorganized my tools last year and couldn't find anything.😂 If you walk around in Phoenix in sox in the summer you'll have severe burns on your feet in no time. We do stuff like this in January here.
I’ve started labeling all of my pack out stuff with what is init. It’s made staying organized much easier.
Just saw the end with the labeling.
I just want a van for my motorcycle for track days but damn that’s a lot of power tools
You should throw some PV up on the roof for charging batteries. 😊
As a fellow electrician who also operates out of a work vehicle, I believe there is no real need for PV on the vehicle for cordless tool charging. The vehicle itself has a pretty robust charging system and battery to work with.

Love your Bronco ❤🎉. It is you
If you aren't sponsor by Milwaukee yet idk what is wrong with this world lol
It really looks nice and it made a big difference!
You are amazing 🎉
Just gonna say those milwaukee pack outs mount to ford doors like they are made to.
Great content thanks.

❤❤❤keep it up!
Put some indoor carpet on the shelves to help make them more quiet. I use indoor carpet since it’s thicker
Lex, you guys need to install a canopy over that area where you park! Next project 😂
Great job
can we get a full review of all of your tools and packouts system, lex?
Definitely a better and more efficient set up.

i am more interested on how you keep the kids under control while doing all these creations? please advice😅❤
EcoFlow Alternator charger and EcoFlow Delta Pro for onboard charging and all day 120V ac with surges of up to 3600 W.
Probably include inventory count on some of parts might help keep track of high use low use items
Love those milwaukee storage
the day you get a nut cert tool is the day you wondered how you lived without it
look's GREAT
Im an apprentice electrician, i feel like milwuakee is the brand of choice for almost everyone in the trade myself included
Eres la mejor electricista te amo❤❤❤❤❤
Looks good but don’t think those pack outs will take the rough roads where you live. They need more support I think out on the ends. Time will tell

Charging all of batteries must be a chore. Do you have an onboard power solution for that?
Looks like you're gonna need a bigger van! Film Reference to Shark Movie ;-)
Cute....😁👍
Looks awesome, great job setting it up to better serve you.
Looks like 4 riv nuts are holding all those in place. Is that gonna be strong enough?
If you could carry only one labeler, which would it be?
You should do a house tour
That moment you empty out your tools and look at it and wonder how the hell all of that was in there.
You got your stuff in order
I hope Milwaukee gives you nice GIFs you have 190 of 200 tools from Milwaukee😁😁
Nice.
What do you like more ? Klein modbox or packout ?
My only question is, why have Klein and pack out organizers?
Love you 😎
Looks good from this point of view did you get your other vehicle back yet?
Hi Lexi 🥰
You use supply house too!!😳
Всё по полочкам. Умничка;)
Hi Lexi. Just wondering which software are you using for electrical layout( light, power, etc..)
Thx
Just curious about the stability of those shelves. Do you have any issues with supplies and tools jumping out of the shelf when you hit a bump in the road?
The new toys are cool. It's just a shame they don't work on their own.
Lexi, I want to ask you a question, how much do electrical engineers in America make in a day? Thanks beforehand😅
118° here in Arizona 😂
Noice 😎🔥💯
Much cleaner look!
As an electrician, I personally dont see the pack-out shelving a better solution than standard shelves. They are a little over-rated , honestly. But never the less a great set up!
Are Hilti tool super expensive? I heard they’re awesome though
some are expensive some aren't. They are designed to last longer than most brands which is why they are used a lot by concrete workers.
YUP GOOD SHIT BUT COSTLEY
maybe needing a Mercedes Sprinter van is better than walking up, call for sure you get a very good price show them your channel 🤞
She's a pretty dope chick! 👍👏😎
