It makes me smile seeing you own a Warwick finally! Good call by your buddy! My 99 NT5 thumb is my baby! And I wouldn’t have her if it wasn’t for my great buddy Rick! They’re amazing basses! There’s nothing quite like a Warwick!
Hey, Johnny, I put Audere, and two Tone Monsters in my jazz basses. They really made them funky! What kind of preamp can go into a p bass? I like the tone monsters. is there a specific model of tone monster that can go into it? I can only find their models that have more than two pots. Thanks. Love the channel, I wouldn't have attempted to put preamps in my bass if I didn't get the courage from watching and learning from you. Shadakaka!
Warwick for me has a couple of Big problems, weight, neck balance, string spacing too tight, over all very un confortable basses, all right sounding, but too compressed, they are not versátiles, i have own a couple and Hope to never have another one, not my thing really, but many people LOVE them
@mushasho Years ago I had a thumb, 2 vèttes, a 98 fna, & streamer. At the time Pe-vay around here was only seen as starter amps that sucked SO BAD, I wouldn't ever consider the price on a cirrus... THEN ONE DAY, I'm wasting time, go into my fav shop who knew my love of the Wick & he said sit & close your eyes. Play this blind & what ya think. I walked out with it. That bass & the Bunny bass from Carvin, to this day, biggest shock purchases in my 35+ years of giggin.
tooo many people were asleep at the wheel and dismissed the Cirrus because of that Peavey logo @REDNECKROYALTY-e9b ... the price is still a bargain by todays standards!
I've played bass since '68. I really like that Warwick. I play a Sire, and there is no comparison. I might have to upgrade! I absolutely love what you do! I have family in your area. If you know any Trent's, they're related to me.
Welcome to the Warwick family brother

Hi Johnny, the name of the German preamp is Glockenklang which means Sound of bells.

But that Fender Rumble 500 has a horn in it 😁 That Warwick sounds nice 👍🏻
Wow what a beautiful sounding bass! I’m working to restore a Peavey TL6, do you have a pickup/ preamp you’d recommend?
Minneapolis!
The katana and infinity don’t get enough love compared to the other Warwicks. They’re super comfortable, balanced and sound great

You should test a USA Peavey Cirrus
