As someone who really enjoys computers but hasn't had the means to build one since 2015, really appreciate this video, it was very relaxing to watch ❤️ your channel is the best, keep up the awesome work!
Oh come on... some of us just enjoy making something useful and know that it can provide a lot of enjoyment to another person. Just because you have been stressed out by pc hardware doesn't mean everyone should be. He has the right idea and I like knowing that my build can be used to provide pleasure to another person.
anxiety is hard, i dont talk about my anxiety cause in the past no one cared, i recieved the help i needed then fell down again, i now love to build PCs cause it gets me out and too the shop to buy my parts, but with how 2020 has been its been alot harder for me to get back on track with it, glad i watched this video :) you earned a new subscriber my dude, keep up the fantastic work
nah, it s very useless here too. 10 years ago? It was ok, now? Nope. I have used it for years and I don't think I've actually saved any money. In the few places it actually *works* it's SUPER clunky.
I honestly just want to say thank you! I've gotten into PC building during quarantine and your videos inspired me to build a cheap optiplex computer for my friend who needed to work from home. Your positivity is contagious.
Just picked up a Lian Li Lancool 205 myself. It's a very pretty and minimalistic case. I'm glad you chose this case for your ASMR PC build video. 💗🤍🖤🤎💜💙💚💛🧡❤
I started the video to have something to sorta watch and listen to while I work in a different window, but it was so relaxing that for a while I forgot what I was going to do and just watched.
Exactly what i need right now, i've been having a rough week on making a proposal for my final project... haven't made much progress and i already having deeeeeep deep anxiety. Thx for the calming video Oz!
literally thinking of your vids every time im tinkering in a case or trying to revitalize new parts. my favorite pc build channel, the best. also of course i'm here for the calming vibes ofc fyi.
Yooo I loooovveeddd the rain and other background noises in this video, and really appreciate the warnings and guidance at the end. Good looking out, and great vids
I have been watching your videos now for about a couple of weeks and i went from 0 knowledge of pcs to a pretty good amount. Im finally getting a pc and im upgrading it based of one of your videos :)
I am a huge fan of these types of PC builds. OZ's tempo and recommendations travel well. Tip to toe, Oz will take you through it. I tip my hat in yer direction sir.
I can absolutely never pass up watching a video you put out. They are always so fun, creative, and engaging. Thank you Oz for always providing the best content!
Bro, i missed the part where you tap the boxes when you show them like you did on the $300 build. Really helps with the calming/asmr-ish vibe imo. p.s. been binging your videos for the whole week to calm down from my finals. :D
i absolutely love these calming build videos, it mixes relaxing content i need to focus during working from home and my current biggest interest! your voice is so calming and the attention you pay to not making too much loud noise with the components as you build is really cool. i hope we'll see more of them from you in the future! :)
can't thank you enough for making these videos! been having a tough time moving on from things but watching these ease the weight and I also enjoy them in the enthusiast side of things
Literally the same build i did last year for my first rig, my first choice was a 570 but luckily i found the 580 8g for the same price and i must say it's the best gpu for that range of price. My only concern after a year it's that the cpu it's a little bottleneck, but the rest of the pc is really solid
Great video, just one observation. All PC cases where you install the power supply at the bottom don't have power supply shrouds, and or vents at the bottom. So you can't always install the power supply with the fan down.
currently trying to learn what I need to get started on building a pc and I love the content on your channel. this video along with the music has definitely helped fight my anxiety haha
Thank you for this wonderful build, it just goes to show that budget doesn’t have to mean ugly or underpowered. Great work on the cable management too!
Can I make a suggestion? In future anti-anxiety builds, could you maybe play games that are just generally more peaceful? I mean, I get it, the diehards want to know it can run the super shooty man games, and maybe you could include a text overlay with those games' FPS stats, but actually playing those games increases anxiety - at least it does to me - and even just watching them with the sound off and the peaceful music underneath was rather jarring. Regardless, please keep making these, they're still probably my favorite kind of video you've done, and it's especially appreciated in the world we live in today.
Just want to say thanks to you for me being able to build my first ever computer at 13 I used the dell optiplex upgrade path thanks again keep up the great TH-cam vids.
Micro Center has the Lian Li 205M micro ATX case, the littler brother of what Oz uses in this vid, exclusive to them and I am dying to build in one, only $60.
I'm using a 1tb nvme m.2 inland brand ssd as well & love it, running a i5 9600k overclocked to 5.2 ghz it's a beast, I think I paid 150 usd for the ssd at my local microcenter, definitely a good deal to be had
Just what you need after a rough week of midterms 🙏
Bru first trimester didn’t even end yet. Either my school is weird or you buggin’

honey is useless for any avid internet user.
I’ve tried using it. Haven’t been able to find any deals or save money.
It works well on key reselling sites such as G2A or kinguin but pretty horribly on something like Amazon or ebay
In England it’s fine

going with the lian li lancool 205m would make the build more compact and lessen the cost.
16:53 Thank you Oz! I have in the past felt like you had skipped over this. Thanks for updating the pricing for us plebs.
Never did I think PC hardware and calming Japanese cooking/crafts videos would collide.
You know what also helps with anxiety? Your soothing voice.
Just listening to the bgm and watching the build. feels like I'm building a pc in the middle of the forest.

so crazy to think just last year you could get a RX580 8GB for $145, now its skyrocketed to 300-400 range.

I love that case!! I did a build in a black one, but the white one is even better in my opinion.
Well, I wasn't tired before watching this, now I need to sleep for a week... You should narrate children's stories, very soothing voice.

I love building pcs but i can only afford them piece by piece and then sell the full pc if its not my personal computer. This is calming
