Sis, you definitely don’t need to suffer. I recommend a black doctor or try planned parenthood. They can get you a referral to places they recommend. You need a pelvic ultrasound and perhaps try an iud. Liletta/Mirena are meant to ease periods and those terrible symptoms. I hope you feel better boo. Missed your vlogs and your energy. That is the same way I feel when I have my period I feel like my life is spinning and the world around me feels weird. Periods for me are the same way it has my world spinning. I prefer being in bed all day and rocking myself to sleep.

Hey friend 🤗 you might want to get check for endometriosis I use to throw up too on the first day of my period ever since I was in middle school after my out patient procedure I no longer throw up & my cramps are way less painful. I also exercise a few times a week, juice my fruits once a week & this really helps too🥰

I feel your pain. I used to have debilitating cramps, vomiting multiple times a day, weakness all that. I would be out for the count for days at a time. No doctors ever diagnosed me with anything, I feel like most times they just feel like you’re exaggerating. But I’ve been on birth control for the last 8 years because of that🤷🏾♀️
Fun fact! There are around 90 fires out west. Also, Greece, Croatia, Bulgaria, ect. are also experiencing fires because of human driven climate change.

Hey hun! I definitely am not trying to diagnose you being that I am not a doctor. But your symptoms sound Super similar to the symptoms I had several months ago. I had 3 ovarian cyst in my ovaries that I had to have surgically removed and was then diagnosed with Endometriosis. Having the surgery definitely helped a lot, but I do recommend finding a really great ObGyn. Thankfully my surgery was very minimal and did not leave big scaring very minimal, however my dr. had performed the surgery for over 20years. Your symptoms also may be Pcos . Again not trying to diagnose you or make you nervous, it just your symptoms sound sooo similar to mine. Also FYI non inflammatory things help like organic ginger tea and turmeric and so much more. My comment is already long enough lol but I thought I’d leave you with some tips. I hope this helps 🤗

Hey girl. I pray you was able to find a good trusting gyno. I would suggest changing your diet a week or two before your period and eating cleaner… also try natural remedies like a shot of lime every morning before you eat anything it helps with lighten your period and the pains. Just cute up a line or two and press it out to extract the juice out of it.

Please go see a md. I ignored stomach pain for years and finally went two years ago. I have stage 4 endometriosis and had to have an ovary and Fallopian tube removed due to it.

I’ve been the same way with my period.. I’m thinking about going to a gyno soon it’s getting ridiculous I’m cramping literally everyday
I went through the same thing you did a couple years ago.. I was your age at the time. But apparently I have fibroids which cause horrible period symptoms and sometimes mirror pregnancy symptoms (hence the feelings of vomiting). But yeah just go to the gynecologist and if they say nothings wrong have them check again. I found about my fibroids a year later than I should have because they told me I was fine.
This happened to me too. I choose a black gynecologist and she honestly was the worst. I knew something was wrong with me and she caught telling me I was fine. One day I walked into her office and told her I wanted to get screened for fibroids, turns out I have 6. Sis tried to down play it and said they were nothing but I have the worst cramps (they honestly feel like I’m giving birth) and I knew it was more than what she was telling.
After that visit she didn’t want to be my doctor anymore because she felt like I was being dramatic.🙄😂
They don’t even have any black gynecologists in my area. I went to a man because my first doctor left the practice and he was able to see me the fastest, turns out I have 3 and they’re still growing. Apparently, the growth isn’t happening fast enough for them to do anything it’s “not alarming” I went vegan for a year in hopes of naturally shrinking them. They grew lmao life’s crazy
anotherrr vlog, ahh im catching up and missed you lots Sophia ! women's health is realy really hard to manage although it shouldn't. I think what might help is going into the new gyno with ideas of what you may be dealing with. Not to diagnose yourself but bring up family health history etc etc. I am waiting for my referral for hormone issues that have disrupted my feminine peace down there. You'll find what needs to bring your great health, bless you !

Hope you see a GYN or PCP. You may have fibroids , ovarian cysts or even endometriosis. Eating clean; drinking lots of water helps. Hope it helps, and you feel better. Love your videos . Btw , I’m an ARNP, so not random advice lol.
Lip fillers always migrate. No matter how good your injector. Then you’ll have to dissolve and rebuild, and they never go back to normal either. Im a former lip filler victim here lol

This is such misinformation babe. They do not always migrate. I’ve had filler for 3 years now and never had a single problem. Filler migrates if it’s not injected properly, this is why you go to a medically trained aesthetics professional only. I’m sorry about your experience, but this just isn’t a fact for every single person who’s ever had filler.

It may be endometriosis, I was diagnosed in 2012. You would have to have a small surgery so that they can actually diagnose you with it. Good luck with everything 😘

@@MooresandMore and they don't don't even know it...doctors and family members tends to downplay the symptoms..making it seem that the one affected is overreacting...I ask all of you to make some research in regards and fight for your health...endometriosis doesn't just affect your reproductive system...in severe cases it can also affect your nervous system and lungs.
I am 31.. been suffering from it from age 11. I found out about it 3 years ago..I was hospilized after they found Me on the bathroom floor,unconscious...I literally passed out because of the pain. They run some tests and finally confirmed that I wasn't crazy or exaggerating.
Unfortunately I might not be able to conceive one day or if I do..my pregnancy will be extremely challenging.
I hope that sharing my experience can help someone out there and motivate them to seek help. YOU ARE NOT CRAZY ..YOUR BODY IS ASKING FOR HELP!!
